POLIFEMO LOFT HOLIDAY HOUSE

Holiday House Polyphemus Loft is a very large and bright basement fully air-conditioned hot / cold and luxuriously finished. And 'the relevance of the villa Polyphemus that develops in the two floors above. We are in Via Polifemo n. 162 (former Via Cardi) which corresponds to the most exclusive residential area of Sperlonga.
After parking your car in one of the great outdoors that the garden offers (parking is shared with the guests of the villa above) you enter the house via a staircase / downhill paved. There appears before a single large room and we immediately apparent the degree of care and overall finish.
In front of the entrance there is a dining area with a table suitable for 4 guests well connected with a comfortable and complete American kitchen. It is hyper-equipped and we find every form of comfort: pots, crockery, plates, glasses, glasses, oven, dishwasher, double-leaf fridge, etc.
On the right you enter the living / sleeping area where we find a comfortable sofa in front of the 42 inch LCD TV, and a small lounge to host the games of the little ones. Not far away there is a double sofa bed and again in the same room divided by a movable partition we find a large wardrobe with a double bed. We have to consider a single large environment where both the night side and the day side furnishings are inserted in an absolutely functional way. There's also a play corner for the little ones.
A bathroom is present with respectable dimensions and with shower box. The finishes are exceptional. Next to the bathroom there is a laundry room complete with a washing machine.
Any rentals environment Polyphemus Loft is equipped with air conditioning units for the summer and heaters to warm the winter months. Air conditioning is free. The house is very cool and ventilated and is generally not necessary. There is 1 42 inch LCD TV.

Guests access
Holiday House Polyphemus Loft is rented whole, as well as photos.

Extra charges
Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price, as are bed and bath linens. For periods longer than 7 days, weekly linen change is included in the price.
Beach service is included at the La Lanterna beach club which is the best Sperlonga beach offer for families. Here it will be at your disposal for free no. 1 umbrella + 2 beds + 1 folding chair. The plant is central to the country and is in Via Cristoforo Colombo, easy to reach on foot. The service is active from April 1st to October 31st.
The house has included 1 parking space at the house.

Sperlonga City Tax
I remind the kind guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the Tourist Tax came into force, fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Extra time check-in:
Check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After these times a supplement will be applied for the extra check-in of € 30.00.
A few days before arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:
- arrival time in Sperlonga,
- specific requests
- inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and advice on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized.
We can meet the following requests if you need them:
- extra cleaning during the stay
- washing and ironing
- baby cot
- babysitter
- possibility of private transport to and from airport
- guided tours of Sperlonga and surroundings and entrance tickets for the main attractions

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the house is free from the night before your arrival, you can easily enter by 12:00. Check-out is scheduled for 10:00.
Our house is very accurate and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Pets are not allowed in the house

A tour around
Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages of the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The country owes its picturesque structure to the need to put up a defense system against pirates raging sea. Over a clear and clean sea rewarded for years with the symbol of the Blue Flag and a beach with fine sand and adults and children are enthusiastic, there is the old town with narrow medieval streets with artisans' workshops and shops of all kinds . The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting for a pleasant walk or a glass with friends. A few steps down the promenade are the Belvedere which is wonderful. Attention might fall in love even more. Nearby, about 1 km away we are the Museo Archeologico Nazionale della Grotta di Tiberio where they are on display important marble remains recovered in the adjacent Cave of Tiberius found in the 60's. The emperor Tiberius liked to spend his holidays divided trà residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Beautiful is also Truglia Tower overlooking overlooking the sea and overlooking the port of Sperlonga. It 'important to remember that everything is within walking or biking through a modern bike path. A few miles away there are many historic towns and locations to visit and to visit: Gaeta, an ancient maritime city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with its famous Abbey, and much more.

How to reach the house
For those arriving by car, you must enter Sperlonga on the side towards Gaeta, arriving in the upper part of the town and go down the panoramic Via Roma. The road will feed in Via Cristoforo Colombo and then have to turn right into Via Valle. Follow in the direction of Via Aubiere and then turn right onto Via Cardi. After 100 meters turn left into Via Polyphemus at n. 162 find our wonderful Polyphemus loft. You can choose to get in Sperlonga also the direction finding in Rome on the Via Aubiere. For those arriving by train station is more functional Funds / Sperlonga. The station is served in a capillary by taxi and bus transportation to our country. For those arriving by plane there are no tips to give as everyone is at comfortable distances from Sperlonga.
