Phoenix VII es uno de los complejos de condominios más relajantes en la costa del golfo. Hay una razón por la cual más vacacionistas se quedan en este condominio que cualquier otro en Orange Beach.



Este condominio Phoenix VII VII es uno de los mejores en la playa! Ideal para una pareja o una familia pequeña. Hay muchas actividades que incluyen una sala de pesas, cancha de racquetball, sauna, piscina cubierta climatizada, jacuzzis, canchas de tenis, cancha de baloncesto y piscina al aire libre. Incluso hay una bonita zona de gazebo para relajarse mientras haces una barbacoa.



Venga a relajarse en el balcón del tercer piso con impresionantes vistas del golfo perfectamente ubicado sobre la piscina al aire libre. El condominio cuenta con un baño completo fuera del principal y el dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size. La cocina está totalmente equipada. Everything was great! The place had an updated kitchen with appliances that all worked, which we really appreciated. The only complaint my wife and I had was the bed. It wasn’t very comfortable, and it was quite noisy—every time one of us got in or out of bed or even rolled over, it would squeak and wake the other person. Other than that, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time.

We loved being on the 15th floor and having a great view of the beach. The condo was very clean and looked as described in the pictures. Check-in checkout was easy. The only complaint that we have is that the bed is not very comfortable. It is fairly hard so if you are not used to a really firm mattress your back might have issues. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Location was handy for all the places we went to eat & close to the Marina for Fishing. Will certainly consider staying here in the future.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The top floor view was excellent, the amenities in the condo were good (washing machine is pretty loud), the location was perfect, the pool area was nice, the cost was a little high but reasonable when compared to other properties. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely consider staying here again.

Weekend getaway

This property was nice and convenient to everything. We have stayed at this property many times but in different units. This unit could use a few upgrade but overall it was a nice place to stay and will definitely consider for our next Orange Beach trip.

Wonderful view from our balcony!

Property is maintained well, currently replacing balcony sliding doors on site, but construction noise was minimal during our stay. Unit was clean , kitchen was well appointed. Water temps for showers could have been a bit warmer, but overall would stay here again.

View from condo was great.Condo was clean and in mostly good condition.A little skimpy on the TP, Kleenex, soap, Dishwasher tabs and trash bags. All condos we rented usually supply these things!? Not a biggie, but surprise, surprise when you run out of TP and kleenex and trash bags and there are no more in the condo.

Nice condo

Very clean and updated condo on the top floor (15th) of Phoenix VII. Had all the basic kitchen utensils. The Keurig Duo was nice. Really nice view of the beach and Gulf of America. Bedroom and bathroom were nice. Only drawback is more wine glasses (only 2) and an extra trash bag would have been nice.

They made sure you knew how to get a hold of them if you needed anything but we didnt end up needing anything. Everything was very clean as well. Only complaint is the mattress was just a little too firm for my liking but my husband didnt mind it. Would definitely use them again!

1st stay at Orange Beach and it won’t be our last

From the minute we walked in the door this condo didn’t disappoint. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. Everything in this condo has been updated. The Property Manager was excellent. We had trouble with TV and she was there for us. She actually purchased a new TV and had it installed within hours. I highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Orange Beach. This condo is perfect for a couple or small family.

Everything was very clean and had lots of storage room for extra items brought to enjoy the beach! Great view from the balcony and comfy furniture! Close to great shopping areas and restaurants if you decide to skip eating in. Nice appliances and everything you need if cooking in! My only non 5 star was the water temperature for showers.. called and maintenance came which improved it but it would have been perfect if not for a lukewarm shower!
