We Are Beachfront!! Perfect Gulf Front Ocean Views!!
Sea Glass (#302 3rd floor) is located in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama and is everything a traveler could desire for today’s beachfront vacation. It is within walking distance of local restaurants, live music venues and family activities, directly in the heart of Gulf Shores. 1 bedroom (King Bed) with media room (Twin Bed W/ Twin Trundle, no closet or window) and a memory foam metal cot located in the closet, 1.5 bath (sleeps 4-5). Both bedrooms and Living room have large smart TV's. This is a low density development that provides accommodations in a low rise four story U-Shaped design layout. Sea Glass has an amazing resort style pool with hot tub. Stay at Sea Glass to stay out of the crowds while staying in the heart of Gulf Shores. We are located on the West Beach area of downtown Gulf Shores, 0.9 mile to the Hangout Restaurant, and directly across from Pier 33 convenience store. Come experience a beach vacation along the 32 mile island to experience incredibly beautiful white sand beaches. We would love for you to vacation with us!!!

The property was amazing and clean. The reason for 3 stars is the lack of amenities. Ice maker was turned off so it took an extra day to make. Fridge was empty! No coffee pods, no beach towels, kitchen was bare, just a few dishes. TP & PT one roll each. After staying in Vrbo’s with coffee, creamer, bottled water, cokes, chips, eggs, croissants this one was a disappointment.After an immediate trip to the store…everything was fine. Beautiful views and super narrow parking spaces.

Overall I'd say it was a good stay. Hot tub and pool were great. The check in started off rough due to miscommunication but was taken care of pretty quickly. I understand condos are difficult to keep up with, but there were a few broken items and flooring issues that need some attention.

Jason was great to work with. Communication was quick and easy. Booking, check in, and check out processes were all easy. The condo was great. It’s a beautiful unit! It was clean and comfortable. The views of the beach and ocean were great! It was easy to get to the beach access. The complex itself was quiet and well kept. The pool was amazing, especially for children. Location of the complex is great as well. 10/10 loved this unit and will book here again!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I got a much needed rest during our stay. We loved the deck overlooking the ocean! The condo is clean and cool and the location is perfect. Close to things to do, but also a short drive to Foley with even more things to do. We loved being able to go back and forth from beach to room with a short walk down the boardwalk. It was stocked with plenty of towels and bedding and kitchen utensils. We loved everything about it!

Cabin was amazing. The photos do not do it justice. We had a great time and will for sure book this cabin for our next trip there. No issues at all. Everything was perfect!

Great stay

Great location across from Pier 33 general store. Beautiful beachfront view. Very clean and spacious. Only complaint was that we had to restock our own TP but they say that up front. No other complaints, it’s a great property.

Absolutely loved it!

This condo lives up to the pictures. It is clean and nicely put together. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the waves come in.When we arrived we could not get the Keurig to turn on. I contacted the owner and the property manager and when we got back from dinner there was a new one waiting at the door. We are already talking about going back next year!

Perfect location

The condo at Sea Glass is clean and modern. It has a beautiful beach front view and is surrounded by excellent restaurants, coffee and a market right across the street. The property manager was highly responsive. Not a worry or concern.

Hi, I’m Jason! Epic Properties began years ago when I, originally from Ohio, settled in Franklin, Tennessee after college and bought my first condo in Gulf Shores. What started as one property quickly turned into a passion for creating a better, more personal way for families to vacation.

Today, my wife, February, helps decorate, style, and photograph our condos to give each one that welcoming, coastal feel guests love, and our daughter, Kaylee, manages the marketing and design.

We live in Franklin, TN, about seven hours north of the beach, and never miss a chance to head south to the sand. We now own seven condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and I personally manage each one to make sure it’s well‑maintained and ready for your arrival.

We hope you’ll stay with us, unwind, and love the ocean as much as we do.

We fell in love with Gulf Shores because it has the perfect balance of fun and calm. Some days we’re out exploring local shops, state parks, and restaurants — and other days we just sit on the balcony, listen to the waves, and enjoy the peaceful, uncrowded beach right outside. The beaches here are wide, clean, and beautiful, and over the years the area has only gotten better — new spots to eat right on the sand, great weather year‑round, and endless things to do for all ages.

Sea Glass is a brand new 2021, small 4 story, L-shape condo that has everything you need without the overcrowded huge condo feel. It has a fresh clean style that is lorries, and is in the best West Beach location. Uncrowded, never wait on the elevator, with the most important amenities, large resort style pool with hot tub. Pier 33 grocery mart across the street with the best seafood at Bahama Bob’s just a 2 minute walk away.
