New Home Waterfront Near NOLA Gulf Beach Casino

A modern vacation stay located in The Bayou Phillips Estates. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, modern appliances, covered and furnished deck overlooking the Bayou with a private dock, all on a spacious acre lot surrounded by woods. Great fishing right off the private dock and direct access to The Bay. Local boat launch just a block away! Kayaks & Basketball. Less than an hour drive to New Orleans, Biloxi, Gulfport, and Long Beach. Beautiful new construction house with an airy open feel. Right on the water and minutes from the bird sanctuary. Wooded lots and either side of the home and very few neighbors. Nestled away in the country yet minutes from a major highway. Home is fully furnished and kitchen supplies (cutting boards, pans, cups, bowls, etc) are all iincluded. All new linens, beds, mattresses. We have bed bug resistent mattress pads that are washed after each guest. Brackish water in the canal in front of the house with lots of fish. We are afraid to swim in it but neighbor kids do... Not sure what that says about them or us :-). Two Kayaks are included and the canals are very beautiful and flow towards the bird sanctuary. There is a large boat launch just a few streets over and you can dock your boat at the private pier. Lots of beautiful little towns all around. Guests will have complete access to the property including the adjoining quarter acre vacant lot. There is a private dock on site that you are also welcome to enjoy. We are all about giving you privacy and will only be as involved as you need us. Best way to reach us is by phone, text, email, or this site. We would also be more then happy to do video conferencing using a service of your choice like or Facetime. The best way of getting around here is by car, boat, or bicycle. There is a private dock on site. Please provide us feedback on your stay so we can improve. We would like to provide an experience not just a place to spend the night.

Spring break with the family

Great host communication. We really enjoyed our stay especially the kayaks. We enjoyed being able to have a bonfire. My son loved having the basketball hoop. We would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely return.

Nice place to getaway

Great place to stay close to town but, not in all the busyness of it. Nice, clean, and spacious home and lot. Plenty of activities for teens to do there such as fishing and kayaking. Also nice place to BBQ and have a bond fire. We definitely plan to go back!

Home Away From Home

This property had everything you needed. We v enjoyed the openness of the home. It has everything that staying in a hotel doesn't offer. Bike riding and the basketball globe kept the boys busy. The owner was awesome!!! He was one call that's all when he was contacted. The one thing I'll ask for next is more towels other than that , everything else was great.

Great clean home close to beach front fun

We had a wonderful time staying at this home! We had never been to the area and Dmitry was wonderful to work with and very communicative and responsive! Clean and new home/appliances. 10 minute drive to bay St. Louis beach and shops/restaurants. We made great memories! Highly recommend the dolphin cruise in Gulfport and bay St. Louis beach was clean and beautiful! Thanks for a great stay!

We love to travel and came across this house while traveling. We loved it so much we had to make it ours. We travel and stay here frequently and always try to provide the same experience, both home and host, that we would enjoy. To us that means “as promised” clean comfortable home, logical amenities, and hosts who stay out of your hair but are there to help if needed.

Why they chose this property

The home is new and beautifully furnished. We try to make it comfortable without overwhelming you with “our stuff”. No one lives here and it is setup to offer maximum convenience to travelers. The home is also tucked away in a quiet country setting but it only minuets away from everything… shopping, dining, beach, casino, water, etc…

What makes this property unique

Free boat launch 2 blocks away and a private dock is in front of the house. Great fishing right off the dock. Bird sanctuary zone with wonderful sounds of the birds in the morning and the water in the evening. Two kayaks are included and you are welcome to use to check out the beautiful bayou.
