We booked up at very short notice for 2 nights and wanted a pool or beach. We were a little surprised at being asked to bring sheets. We would have bought two sets of sheets and pillow cases had we not booked so late but Jess at the management company arranged and left some at the premises for us (60). This is a refurbished flat in an older block with a large balcony facing the garden and the other flats. You can see the sea from the kitchen window. The electric blinds were a good addition as the sun was very strong in early September. Aircon worked fine. We were unable to locate the password for the wifi or find instructions for the TV. Beds were fine. It was a bit of a walk from the car to the entrance with luggage, then up in the lift to the 4th floor. For a family wanting the beach and restaurants nearby it is fine. We three adults just like a little more and would normally pay more.
