Thank you for such a wonderful stay. The apartment was in a great area, central to a lot of things but much more laid back than many other areas. We loved sitting on the window seat, drinking wine, and watching soccer kids across the street in the square.
The apartment is in a great location and is as reflected in the pictures, and was bright and clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large, but the living space is a bit tight for 3 adults. Management was excellent and communicated very well. We enjoyed our stay,
Beautiful appartment, great location, professional hosts, great stay! The only small inconvenience is that 2 rooms are directly facing the street and it can be a bit noisy at night as it is an important street.
We definitely recommend!
This apartment is easy walking distance to everything in Rome. We walked as far as Colosseum and Trastavere, no problem. It's on a busy road but with the windows closed, it wasn't too bad. We appreciated the three bedrooms and baths, although one of the baths is quite small. Nevertheless, we were extremely comfortable and it was well-equipped for our needs - no big cooking, just coffee and snacks.
2 friends and I spent a week in Rome and chose the apartment due to it allowing us each our own room and bathroom. The place was clean and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. The best part of the place is its location. We could walk easily to The Vatican, Trevi, Pantheon, and more. There are many good restaurants close by, and places to buy groceries.I would highly recommend this place!

Excellent stay!
Great, clean and large apt with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Perfect for our family. Very well kept and close to great restaurants. My son said it was the best bed he slept in during our trip! Thank you!

Rome
The property was in an excellent location, with top sites like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps within a 30-minute walk, and the Vatican just a bit further. The pictures accurately represented the space, and it was exactly as expected. The host was also very responsive—when we had an issue with the toilet, they promptly came to resolve it. Overall, it was a great stay and the perfect base for exploring Rome!
The location of the property was perfect. The apartment was clean and beds were good. Check in and out was a breeze.

Great stay in Rome
The house was comfortable and spacious. My family of 5 settled in nicely. Location is great and within easy walking distance to a market and lots of restaurants. Great Life gelato, too!
We couldn’t find the AC remote for one bedroom but otherwise, all was great.
Apartment was in a fantastic location, about 20-30 min walk to Vatican City or to Spanish Steps, or to Coliseum. Very close to Pantheon area and tons of restaurants. Great gelato place just steps away (Gelateria Sweet Life)
Apartment was nice. We really appreciated all the help and communication. Unfortunately the airline lost our luggage and the property management was very helpful and willing to help with communication and receipt of the delivery. They were helpful throughout the stay. Just an added bonus to a nice property and location.
Excellent stay- check in w Francesca was easy/well coordinated with someone meeting us at the door to go through the multiple sets of keys to get in! Also arranged for car from airport which was so very efficient and helpful after a long flight. Apartment was great for Rome, 3 bedrooms though very small living/dining space which didn’t matter much since we weren’t there long during day. Great location just few blocks from piazza Navarro. Apartment is charming, very clean with 3 good sized bedrooms (kids got own rooms which was great) and baths- unusual for sure. Definitely would stay here again! Concrete floors in 2 rooms made it feel cool/damp (visit in November so was humid/cold).
A perfectly located flat right in the heart of Rome. We had a member of our group with limited mobility, the elevator, the flat at all one level made this perfect for us.
We were able to walk to the Vatican City, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and the Colleseum. If you are looking for a flat on a main thoroughfare in the heart of Rome, this flat is great!

2 night stay before cruise -
We loved the location, close to everything, we walked everywhere, no shortage of great restaurants and places to get coffee, ice cream and food!, loved the set up 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each with a shower. the apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, the small kitchen served its purpose - you could make a espresso or team and had a microwave if needed - you can get all your meals outside!
the supply of towels was low and we weren't able to contact anyone for the towels.,
Great location and apartment. It’s spacious and comfortable for a family. Kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Laundry washing machine is tiny but gets the job done and they have a drying rack. AC works well, there’s a unit in each bedroom. We couldn’t find the remote for one room but it was still comfortable. WiFi okay. Lots of doors to get through before you get to the unit but it definitely felt very safe. Walking distance to most of the hot spots. Recommend!
The apartment ent was comfortable and centrally located. Everyone was attentive. I cannot say enough about our driver, Daniel. He handled our pickup at the airport and a day trip to my father’s hometown. He was our driver and translator and I cannot express my appreciation enough. He will forever be part of my memories.
We wanted something centrally located to the tours we had set up. This place was perfect. It was secure, comfortable in the middle of a very brutal heatwave (the air conditioners were a must for Rome at this time of the year), and provided everything we needed in the way of linens, space, and accessories (hair dryers and a coffee maker that worked great! Thank you)! The hostess was easily contacted (WhatsApp is the best), and helped to get the living room A/C fixed ASAP! We would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Rome. Grazie!
The apartment was not what we expected. Pics give a nicer impression than what is there. It’s on a very busy, loud street. The water out of the showers actually hurt. For the money we definitely expected a nicer place
My daughter and I stayed when we went to drop her at university. It is a very central location that allowed us to get familiar with Rome - with almost all sights within walking distance. We felt very safe, with five keys used to get us into our secure little haven - with wonderful AC. It is not a cook's kitchen, but sufficient for those of us there to eat out! We had to change our reservation, which was easy and the owner is very responsive. Her daughter that met us to get in is very helpful and was responsive if needed (we didn't, but nice to know she was there just a text away.)
Big apartment, only 1 flight of stairs, AC worked great, clean and quiet. Kitchen is small but that's how it is in Europe, good for what we needed for breakfast. Stove was little hard to turn on initially but if you hit enough buttons it eventually worked. Having washer was great (and they had soap!) but no dryer is hard for US guests, but they had a huge drying rack. Only suggestion is actual coffee maker for convenience and more towels would have been nice. Overall, I would recommend for families or couples as it was near good restaurants and centrally located for tourist sites.

Liked: Communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Not so good accomodations
Very dirty. The living room rug was thread bare and filthy. The kitchen counter looked like a 30 yr old cutting board with the formica worn away down to bare wood. Only 2 kitchen towels and 1 very thin bath towel for each guest. Would be $25 chg to bring extra towels. I was afraid to put anything down in the bathroom or kitchen or on dining table.
Dining table had table cloth that was dirty.
Only 4 worn very thin old pillows for 4 guest. Leather on chair in 2nd bedrm was very cracked. Pic shows night stands, which are just decorated old boxes. Only 2 nightstand drawers in BR.
Water heater only allowed 2 min shower. Next guest would have to wait 30 min. If you can't provide a clean unit at least leave sanitizer so the guest can clean before they move in.
