Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condominium located at the much desired Beach Club on St. Simons Island.

This residence features a fully-equipped and nicely updated kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. The dining room table will seat four and there are two bar stools located under the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen tv and en-suite bath with separate shower and garden tub. You will enjoy the décor in the Master! The guest room is suited with two twin beds with charming headboards. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The Beach Club at St. Simons Island is a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center, and business center with complimentary internet access.

While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles (Parking passes will be provided at check-in) **** NOTE: During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only ONE parking pass is provided.
• Oceanfront Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Pier Village

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Especially enjoyed master suite with spaciousness and recliner. Kitchen needs update in utensils and linen. Nice balcony, parking and access.

We love staying at the Ocean Club. This was the first time staying in this particular condo. We enjoyed being on the 4th floor with an exterior balcony. However, this unit needs some TLC. Lots of missing trim, outdated TV and appliances, old linens on the kings size bed, shower faucet was loose, ceiling fan did not work, and a door knob fell off. I bet with a little bit of care and up keep, the unit would be much more comfortable.

We enjoyed our week long spring break. The condo is in a great location and allowed us to easily access everything we wanted. The condo provided everything we needed.

Love the Country French decor!

Loved the Country French decor...Great access to the pool and beach! oh, and we are both book readers! Enjoyed reading about George and Gracie...I'll have to buy a book in order to finish reading about her! We always grab great food at nearby restaurants...

Nice Getaway

Our stay was excellent! This condo is in a fantastic location, conveniently close to restaurants, the beach, and the pool. The unit was clean, and the check-in process was seamless. While the space could benefit from some updates and minor improvements—such as a more secure front door lock and additional cookware, including a cookie sheet—our overall experience was wonderful. It was a great choice for our visit.

First, no dead bolt on door as indicated. Place is in desperate need of fixing up. The fabric table in living room was worn and torn, spots on couch, toilet paper holder in master bathroom almost out of waĺl, paint missing or large areas of chipped molding throughout, dust on lamps. Found wet towels in washer like beach towels so apparently no one checked the washer. Front door inside of condo disgusting, looks like a bolt was attempted to be put up but then changed mind so large area around door knob looked like dirt but probably just scraped off paint. Dining table was close to front door so looking at front door while trying to eat was not appealing. Not sure how this condo could have accommodated 6 people, the living room/ eating area fairly small. No usb outlets, thankful we brought a charger block. Clock on wall not working. The 2 sinks in extra bathroom very nice and painted wall in master bedroom attractive. A small rug by tub in extra bathroom for getting out of shower would have been helpful. Nothing to hold onto in shower stall of master bathroom. A grab bar really needed. Not enough bathroom towels for 4 people for 3 nights. Tried calling management office the night before we left to let them know we couldn't put towels in washer, got message we had reached the office after hours. It was 6pm, envelope we were given showed office hrs 8am to 8pm. The luggage carts in garage very helpful for getting luggage to and from room
