Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this nicely furnished two-bedroom, two-bath Beach Club condominium.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn. | | In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children’s pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. Beach Club #138 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Great place!

The condo was just for me and my two sisters. We loved the beach access and pool. Definitely will stay here again!

Condo was fine and clean but could not enjoy going outdoors to the beach because of the mosquitos. They were everywhere, elevator, pool area and beach. Again condo was fine, just hope someone does something about the mosquitos.

Enjoy the Beach and town of St Simons

Spent our days walking and strolling the streets of St Simons. Quaint beach town vibe. Check out Jekyl Island and the Driftwood Beach—worth the short drive.

Great location right on the beach!

Overall the condo was nice. I loved the property with the pool and access to the beach. My only complaint is the hot water was limited.

Great Stay

The apartment was very rooming. The kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable couch & love seat. The TV in the small bedroom only worked one one channel.

Family getaway

We had been to St Simmons’s Island many years ago passing through on other trips and we loved it. So this time we decided to make it a destination trip and it did not disappoint! We spent most of our time at the pool or walking on the beach and the pier is only a about a mile away, close enough to walk. Restaurants are also within walking distance. We will definitely be back again.

Time at Beach

The condo was comfortable and well furnished. We enjoyed our walks on the beach. Some additional info on where to park and how to find the condo would have helped check-in. We had to ask property management to see how to find apartment. We enjoyed our stay.

Good value, good location

The unit was as expected from the listing. It was clean, spacious, and decorated nicely. The beach was excellent - very large and not too crowded. We cook some, and would have benefitted from bringing our own good knife and frying pan. Overall, we found the rental to be an excellent value and would return

Gated beach club

The gated club is convenient for beach goers—nice location, a variety of facilities (tennis, pickleball, pools). Most units don’t seem to have ocean views, but still offer easy beach access. The building seems older but is clean and well kept. Hodnett Cooper is wonderful about communicating helpful information.

Great get away

This was a clean comfortable place to stay. The complex is so convenient to the beach and has a nice fitness center and pool. Close to all the great restaurants. Do pay attention to the location of the condo in the complex...It is on the outside of the building and furthest from the beach. The weather was not good so we had to stay in more...this would be a non-issue as we do not tend to stay in the condo much on vacation.

I believe the listing said ocean view, however our view was the building next door, while sitting on a tiny balcony. The condo is in very poor shape. The shower head could not rinse my hair because of low water pressure. I had to use the guest bathtub to do so. The guest shower head only trickles out water.

Beautiful Condo on the beach

We had a great trip and loved the condo, it was cute, comfy and perfect for our needs. The only issue we experienced was a dirty tub in the bath which they came to clean the morning after our arrival, everything else was spotless. I will note the walls are pretty thin, we could hear the tv from the condo across the hall and footsteps / moving chairs, etc of people above us so next time we'll opt for a condo on the 3rd floor.

Nice n Clean

This was our first visit to SSI and our first stay at The Beach Club. The condo was very clean. Location was amazing for restaurants, walkable if you are up for a little walk. The living room area was comfy for our family to relax in as well. We didn’t cook in much at all, but the kitchen had everything we needed. The coffee pot did leak a bit, but it was easy enough to clean up. The washer and dryer were tiny, but it was easy enough to just do a few extra loads, and being able to do laundry was a plus! The only real area of opportunity would be mattress quality, the twin beds were very squeaky and the king mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

Listing Does Not Reflect Property

The condo is VERY dated - with many many upgrades needed. The spring mattress was HORRENDOUS. The lights in each room felt like it was 1986 all over again. The kitchen was not stocked enough to cook meals (which we had planned to do). The walk to the beach was FAR - and through the marsh - there was no way to go without getting into the mucky marsh water. The bathroom was not clean upon arrival - overall, it was just not what we expected.

Most Disappointing

We were there for the RSM Classic golf tournament and were disappointed in the condition of this condo. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Shower was not clean. Floor around the toilet was not cleaned in one bathroom. We just used the other bathroom the entire time. Wash cloths had holes in them and some towels as well as linens had hair. Would not return to this location.
