Good location near Snowbowl

Overall, great location if you are visiting Flagstaff. Enjoyed our stay. Unit was large and in a good location as a corner unit. Only improvements would be around cleanliness, a few broken items such as drawers in kitchen, living room couch was extremely dirty and uncomfortable. Beds were just ok. Master mattress felt compacted and needed to be replaced. Master shower stall had hair on the walls and floor and overall carpet needs to be deep cleaned throughout.

It is our utmost priority to make sure our guests feel right at home. We have since spoken to our cleaning staff to reiterate the standards that are expected. It is our sincerest apologies that the master bed and couch weren't up to your comfort standards, we have never received those complaints before.
