Great property & owners.

The property was great; it had everything you could need, and the feeling of "home on the beach." Our only complaint was with the cleaning service; they left black gross stuff on the side of the inside of the master shower, there was hair all over the floors in both bathrooms. Again, this was done by the cleaning service; NOT the property owners. The owners get 100% review :).

Everything is as-advertised in the description online. This is the quieter side of the Estero Island, which is great. Great sidewalks for running/walking, great beach, great views from the condo. The condo was clean and well-stocked with essentials including some beach chairs that were very handy.

Very nice stay

Condo was very clean with all extra needed items for a comfortable stay. With the storms that happened while we were there windows whistled and howled a lot and bathroom fans were either quite noisy or occasionally stopped working. But we would stay again, great view of both sunrise and sunset from the nice size balcony since it is a corner unit.

The area is very nice, stayed here many times before. The condo we were in was older, some things like a lamps were brittle and the blinds were chipped. The master bedroom the bed was awful so uncomfortable I only had one good night sleep in 2 weeks and the beds in the second bedroom weren’t much better. We used the shower in second bedroom because we are 2 older people and could not us a step over the tub shower. The closet in master bedroom is so small and narrow and packed with all sorts of stuff we barely got in there. I would return to this building again but not to this apartment.

This property has everything you need for a great get away. The condo was spotless when we arrived. You feel right at home when you walk in, and that view was wonderful to someone who is used to corn and bean fields in the Midwest. Thank you so much for letting us share your beautiful condo.

The rental process was very easy! Due to Covid we had to switch our dates. Kathy Nesbit Property Mgt communicated our problems with the owners and they were very accommodating to our request. The unit is beautiful, clean and provided all the amenities you need to make a vacation worry free. The kitchen has everything you need from your morning coffee to the pots and pans to cook. Plates, cups, utensils are all provided! They also have an ample supply of beach toys, chairs and coolers! Great unit! We would highly recommend renting this condo for your next stay in SW Florida!

Family Friendly Great Stay!

Our family of 3 had a fantastic stay. The condo views were beautiful and the location was perfect to access so many areas. Our little guy is 1 and it was set up perfectly for us to have a beach vacation without bringing everything and the kitchen sink. It was really clean, quiet, and a relaxing setting.
