Once again, our family and friends had a great visit to this Sonoma Wine Country house. There are fantastic views from the pool, outside dining table and residence. An outside grill, tennis court and basketball hoop were welcome amenities to BBQ together and have friendly competitions. We played pickleball and ping pong, which was fun. The host responds quickly to any questions you might have and provides useful directions, checkin procedures, checkout procedures and referrals to restaurants, caterers, massage therapists and more. There are a lot of trails nearby for casual and more challenging hikes. Healdsburg and Sonoma are a short distance away to walk, shop and dine. We can’t wait to return!

The house sits atop a knoll with multiple, well appointed outdoor spaces taking advantage of stunning views. The views surround you inside the home, visible through expansive glass walls. The home is beautifully decorated, and the kitchen well equipped. Plenty of space for families and with the pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball hoop and media room, more than enough activities to keep even the most active group busy.William, the host/owner, was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was quick and responsive to our needs. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we hope to return next summer.

Our family had an incredible experience at Lavender Hill. The property and home were even more beautiful than the photos. Our group of 8 adults and 2 small children enjoyed the property so much that we ended up canceling some of our planned visits to wineries to enjoy all that the house has to offer. We enjoyed coffee each morning, watching the sunrise, birds, deer and turkeys from a deck surrounded by mature oak trees. My husband enjoyed daily discovery walks with our grandson each morning. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the essentials and made it easy to enjoy dinners at home, both indoors and outside. The outdoor kitchen, tennis, basketball, pickleball and pool offered something for everyone. Our three grown daughters and their families didn’t want to leave! Communication with both the owner and property manager was excellent. By far, this was our best vacation rental experience.

We had an amazing time at the lavender hill house! It has stunning views and all the things you'd want - pool, tennis, hot tub, outdoor grill & dining. It's secluded and felt like a real vacation. It rained for two days during our stay and that didn't even matter here! The host was flexible with our requests and provided a robust list of recommendations for the area too. Overall amazing stay, lives up to the gorgeous pics!

Absolutely brilliant property. The way the light hits, the turkeys gobble and days pass .. there is none like it. We enjoyed the tennis court immensely, the pool was a hit with the kids and lounging watching the day go by made for the most incredible stay. Thank you William! We’ll be back!

This house is absolutely magical. There were 4 couples staying and we were all blown away. The location, views, architecture — beautiful style, comfy beds, turkeys wandering through the property at sunrise! We are already trying to plan a return. Thank you also to our great hosts!

What a gorgeous property! From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have an incredible experience in wine country! Lavender Hill set the tone for our entire vacation and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Mornings on the deck with coffee and a sunrise…there is nothing better…oh wait…being under that oak tree in the evening with the patio lights and a delicious bottle of wine!William was a pleasure to work with and the home was stocked with everything we needed, including coffee!Do not hesitate, this is the perfect wine country home…book it right now!

Wonderful stay. Beautiful well appointed house with amazing views. Relaxing stay. Loved the pool, hot tub, stocked kitchen, ample outdoor space and the wildlife! And the views!!!! William was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and had lots of advice about the area and local activities.

Loved everything about this house & property. The views are amazing, we enjoyed the pool & hot tub & the tennis court was a bit for all of us. The whole house including kitchen is very well equipped. We had a wonderful time, thank you for opening your beautiful house to us.
