About this property

A comfortable and cozy chalet with a superb view of the mountains and easy access to the village and the slopes

very nice cottage for 4/6 people with exceptional views and great sunshine in a very quiet environment, close to the gare de versmont. the large living room, very clear, is borde by a balcony and a south facing terrace facing the Alps panorama. the dining room is equipped with a large convivial table and the living room side has two beautiful sofas facing a large screen of television with dvd player. the fireplace offers the possibility of making beautiful flambees. the kitchen is entirely equipped with cook in gas and oven, microwave and electric plate, dishwasher and large fridge / freezer and a nespresso coffee machine. at the same level is the bathroom with toilet and two bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed, mountain view and tv and the second bedroom with bunk beds). the third bedroom is accessible by a scale of menier and is attic (it does not not suitable for young children and is equipped with two beds that can be brought together to make a large). in the basement is the washing machine and linen and dryer and a place to store skis. nice garden with barbecue and sun loungers.

Charming chalet near train

I booked this property to be local for the final days of summer camp at Leysin American School. The home is adorable, fully equipped with comfortable linens and a very well stocked kitchen with loads of spices (which is unusual!) and cooking utensils. We were safe and very comfortable in the home. Views of the valley and mountains are beautiful and can be enjoyed on the large deck. The location is super convenient with only a 10 minute walk to the downtown area and less than 10 minute walk to the school. Perhaps most importantly, it’s less than 5 mins walk to the Versmont train station and bus stop making commuting in and out of the area easy and convenient. The home also offered a sauna, which we did not use, a garage and a basketball goal. The host was friendly and very responsive. We would stay here again!

Magnifique endroit!

Superbe emplacement. Vue sur les dents du midi.Chalet cosy et chaleureux. Petit bemol: propreté générale de l'habitation ( surtout chambres du premier étage et cuisine ).
