I could not stay, the hotel did not accept my reservation because I did not have space, as the hotel administrator explained to me, it turned out that the VRBO platform was managed by a previous administrator, and he was unable to access the administration panel of said platform, because I was with another phone number, from the previous administrator, and there was no way to contact him, for this reason, he could not access the administration panel and could not accept or reject my reservation as well as he could not configure the availability of the rooms, I made a claim to VRBO to get my money back, I no longer stayed at that hotel.
