¡Bienvenido a 11 Bald Eagle Road! Esta casa de seis dormitorios, cinco baños y medio puede acomodar fácilmente a un grupo de hasta quince invitados. Es un paseo rápido a la playa, ya que se encuentra en la segunda fila del océano en Sea Pines. ¡Puedes tener los dedos de los pies en la arena en menos de tres minutos!

La cubierta de la piscina recientemente renovada es el mejor lugar para relajarse y tomar el sol. La piscina privada y el spa se pueden calentar para estadías que se realizan entre el Día del Trabajo y el Día de los Caídos. Hay un cargo adicional para calentar la piscina y / o spa. PRIMER PISO:

Una buena ventaja de esta casa es que tiene múltiples áreas de estar. NIVEL MEDIO:

La segunda suite principal se encuentra a nivel medio. Cuenta con una cama king, sala de estar y un televisor de pantalla plana. El baño privado tiene bañera profunda y ducha a ras de suelo separada.

SEGUNDA PLANTA:

Los cuatro dormitorios restantes se encuentran en el segundo piso. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos literas dobles y un televisor de pantalla plana, ¡lugar perfecto para cuatro niños! Cuatro dormitorios tiene una cama king y un televisor de pantalla plana. Estas dos habitaciones están conectadas a través de un baño tipo jack-and-jill que tiene una ducha a ras de suelo.

El quinto dormitorio tiene una cama queen y un televisor de pantalla plana. El baño privado tiene una ducha a ras de suelo. El sexto dormitorio tiene una cama queen y un sofá cama doble. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana en esta habitación además de un baño privado con ducha / bañera.

Beautiful home

Our family loved everything about 11 Bald Eagle. The house was so comfortable, with excellent living spaces. The outdoor area was great for cooking out and the proximity to the beach was really convenient. This was such a perfect spot for our extended family gathering. We hope to return!

Great week at the beach

Our family enjoyed our annual Sea Pines week. While a little bit dated, the house was great and served all our needs just fine. Loved the pool and close proximity to the beach. Had no issues and the rental company handled everything without a hitch.

45 Years of Friendship

We have a group of friends who have been coming to Hilton Head for 46 years. We have lost a few over the years. This home fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of space, comfortable, well furnished and inviting. The only complaint would be the mattresses on the beds. They were extremely uncomfortable, lumpy and squeaky. Overall it was a great home! One of the best we have stayed in!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at many houses on Hilton Head Island and this is one of our favorites. We had four families with lots of kids. The game room was fun for all and out of the way from the rest of the house. It’s an easy walk to the beach even for the little ones. Honestly this rental company is the best. We didn’t have to check in because everything was mailed or emailed to us. I messaged them in the evening that we needed new pots and pans and they messaged me right back and sent someone out the next morning with a box of brand new ones. The hot tub stopped heating and they fixed it ASAP plus reimbursed us for the day it didn’t work. I’m sure things go missing when guests leave the home so it was so nice to contact them and have anything delivered. We nicknamed this house “skinny pool house”, but it’s actually a nice sized pool in my opinion. Thanks for the great vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family vacation in a neat 6 bedroom 2nd row house near South Beach. We had only two (2) issues. First, there are four (4) mega mansions under construction on the beach so we had a lot of noise and congestion which was a concern with young children and pool-side sunning. Second, the exterior of the house had a lot of tree debris on the deck and around the pool when we arrived and which was not blown off all week. But, the house was great and the walk to the beach fairly short. Everyone loved biking on Sea Pines.

We love the combined dining living space. The game room is great for kids. And the bedrooms and bath combinations work so well. The kitchen equipment is a little sparse and the single fridge is tight and therange/single oven struggles. For a home that can house a crowd, the kitchen can’t feed as many. I know that’s a need for our family that others aren’t going to share. With youngsters we just can’t eat out and are relian on eating at home. Other than that, we really love the home, and it feels like home to us!

Great House for Family Reunion

The layout of the house allows everyone privacy and their own bathrooms (there is one jack-and-jill). The game room (converted garage) was especially enjoyed by our 9 and 7 year old grandchildren. We experienced some very cold weather, and had to call the management company regarding a heat issue and a minor pluming issue. They were extremely prompt and very professional. All family members agreed that they'd love to return! Note: If coming in warmer weather, understand that there are 3 houses are under construction across the street.

The bedroom layout was conducive to multiple families and there were plenty of spaces throughout the house to spread out. We needed a couple random kitchen items and they were delivered promptly. We would love to stay here again.

Great House, Great Management Company

The house was great for a large group. (Five person family, three person family and four random college age friends.) Lots of space, lots of bathrooms, well supplied kitchen, nice pool and hot tub. Couple minute walk to the (almost private) beach and easy bike ride to South Beach and the Beach Club. The management company was also great with managing my booking (dealing with credit card processing issues), helping us change dates, answering questions, giving us early access.

Great House and Location

House was clean, not super meticulous clean, but clean. Pool and beach access were fantastic. Rental agency went above and beyond and were very communicative.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay at 11 Bald Eagle. The management group was easy to deal with and handled a few small issues very quickly and professionally. The pool area has a great amount of seating and umbrellas for several guests to enjoy. The play area that used to be a garage was a favorite hangout spot for all the cousins and kept it quiet for the adults. A great space for multiple families to gather.
