You will want to reserve annually once you stay the first time. 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 story home w/ EXPANSIVE marsh views, a ping pong table & entire upstairs w renovated w/ 2 new bathrooms added! TV's in every bedroom. 6 Minutes to the beach. You can see the Salty Dog Marina from our deck & enjoy an open feeling rare in Sea Pines. Sleeps 14.

The house interior & exterior has been newly painted. New Stained Concrete floors downstairs, New Luxury vinyl plank floors, refaced cabinets & quartz countertops, New Bedding, beds & loads of amenities.

We've come to Sea Pines for years...this home feels like Sea Pines...very comfortable but also offers expansive views of the marsh, beautiful birds to watch & sunsets over the water make this home SO much more than many of the "pine tree" views most Sea Pines home offer.

THE 5 - 7 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH IS WONDERFUL...NICE TO BE SO CLOSE TO THE OCEAN! Space to spread out, to relax & enjoy ALL Sea Pines has to offer!

Wonderful home!! Beautiful marsh views! We stayed with 8 adults and made every meal there. Plenty of space for gathering at the big table inside and out! Beach chairs and towels provided were super helpful along with a wagon to get stuff to and from the beach.

The Reunion House was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone and close to all the island activities and amenities we wanted. Plus, the scenery and wildlife in the backyard was amazing.

There for a team tennis tournament. 9 women shared the house. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Good communication with owner. Highly recommend for a big group. Beautiful views.

The house was a perfect base for our college friends reunion. We golfed, kayaked and biked during our stay. The house is conveniently located near the beach, food and bike rentals. It was spacious enough for our party of 10 that we never felt cramped and we all enjoyed our own bedroom/bathroom area. The pool was perfect for an end-of-the-day dip and relaxation. If you plan to visit the HH area and have a large group of people, this is the place for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in this home.

We had a fantastic stay at Reunion House! Responsiveness of host was fantastic for all our questions and the location couldn’t be beat. Super easy to walk to the beach, even with little ones, and we loved being so close to The Salty Dog for happy hour or a cup of ice cream! There were great sleeping options for our whole party, no fighting over who gets the best/worst rooms - they’re all fantastic. Having the pool at the house was a huge perk for us!

Location was perfect! Communication was superb! Top floor is newly remodeled with very nice bathrooms and perfect setup for a family with little ones. Basement is a great area. Needs some updating but clean, quiet and private. My husband and I stayed downstairs. Pool was great to relax at after a day at the beach. Our grandkids loved the pool! We rented bikes and used the trails by the house. It was a great week with great weather and tons of memories!

Wonderful Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay at the reunion house! The house is exactly as pictured in the listing with plenty of room for everyone. We love the location and it is an easy walk to the beach with beautiful views of the marsh out back. We would stay here again - thank you!

Great last minute stay!

We had to pivot last minute due to hurricane Milton and had a great stay in Hilton head. Location was fabulous and house was perfect for three families. Tim was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in sea pines community!
