Veel achterstallig onderhoud, keuken kraan niet gemonteerd maar met siliconen kit vast gezet. Halve parasols, geen verbindings buizen. Hoogslaper matrassen zaten vol zand, waarschijnlijk huisdier op geslapen etc. Geen aanrader.

Atout majeur la vue mais le confort est tres moyen

Les belles journees nous ont permis d'eviter l'inconfort de l'appartement du a un l'agencement incoherent et un mobilier inadapté. L'eclairage globalement etait insuffisant avec la présence se multiprises et de rallonges .l'eclairage serait à revoir Trop de vaiselle encombrait les Du positif aussi le chauffage efficace , l'eau chaude sanitaire tres satisfaisant , lave vaisselle Trop de vaiselle encombrait cependant les placards Globalement qyelques ameliorations seraient a apporter

Logement très bien situé et agréable qui convient parfaitement pour une personne ou un couple. Le manque d une place de stationnement devrait être précisé en amont car le stationnement est payant dans toute la ville et les places difficiles à trouver. Sejour agréable

Traumhafter Blick auf die Baie de Somme

Schönes Studio. Direkt an der Baie de Somme gelegen. Es macht Freude hier Urlaub zu machen. Ebbe und Flut hier zu beobachten, ein Traum.

Récapitulatif du studio cabine Caravelle Le Crotoy

Bonjour, emplacement magnifique et très beau studio en face de la mer, en revanche, la réservation et la totalité du tarif m à été retiré en doublement, finalement remboursé au bout de 10 jours (j ai du passer par le service comptabilité de l agence pour informations)sans aucune explication et excuse de l agence Sergic , l état des lieux est inexistant, on m a demandé d émettre un chéque de 350€, si tout va bien pour eux ils ne le débiteront pas! Ce n est pas sérieux, sinon la cabine de douche est défaillante (l agence est au courant)lors de la réservation rien n indique qu il faut payer le parking dans la ville du Crotoy, non seulement le coût est élevé (1€de l heure) et les places sont rares! ? Et pour conclure le studio à été rendu ce jour plus propre qu initialement à mon arrivée, cordialement Serge Dhondt.

Compte rendu du séjour.

Appartement très bien situé et foctionnel. Un parasol et une table sur la terrasse seraient utiles. Un bemol: très difficile pour stationner.
