"The Cozy Beach House". Nestled in between the Inter coastal Waterway and Gulf Boulevard, it is moments away to the beautiful white sand beach of Treasure Island. Enjoy the docile blue green waters of the Gulf. Fishing is steps away. Spend relaxing moments with the one you love as you watch the brilliant hues as the sun sets into the Gulf.

Enjoy the docile blue green waters of the Gulf. Fishing is steps away. Spend relaxing meditative moments with the one you love as you watch the brilliant hues as the sun sets into the Gulf.

Just completed renovation on this unit with a beautiful walk in shower and wood plank porcelain tile throughout unit. This prior Coast Guard facility has a charm of its own with modern comforts. All new tile floors, this unit has a front and rear entrance to allow for easy access.

The location is very private and quiet for a good nights sleep, yet conveniently located to all of the popular night spots, along with all of the festivities that Treasure Island is known. About a 1/2 mile from Johns pass.

I fill mislead as to rental. Thought it was a home, Turned out to be a two story home with a couple and two children living above. From add looked to be on beach when you had to cross st. Learned lesson talk to host before renting.Very small two people could not pass in kitchen. Good luck getting in bed. Very tight. Stumped toe every time.

Wonderful experience! Just across the street and you are at the beach. Practically everything you need if you want to cook at home or plenty of restaurants nearby to go eat. Very accommodating hosts and responsive.

So much to say about my stay here. The unit was the perfect size for my pup and I. New flooring, walk-in shower & ac unit. Location is to die for. Completely spotless and was stacked with toiletries. A 2 min walk to the bay & 5 min walk to the beach across the street. Meryem is hands down the best host I’ve ever had the pleasure of having. She is always available for any requests and takes care of them ASAP. Most friendly person to have casual conversations with as well, she was a blessing to rent from!! I can’t say enough!!!
