The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating, wi-fi internet, washing machine, TV, satellite dish, stereo, safe, hairdryer, mosquito nets, barbecue, outdoor shower and poolside solarium .
The kitchen is complete with electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher etc. Also present are crib for the little ones, and bicycles for rides in the green Valle d`Itria.
Nestled in the countryside of Ceglie Messapica, a few kilometers from the beaches of Ostuni, Villa Ricci offers up to 11 beds. Pets are allowed.

Villa Ricci is a dwelling with characteristic local construction, with a main core next to which there are two original and renovated trulli , a unique, authentic atmosphere to totally immerse yourself in the suggestions of the Apulian landscape.
The large estate has as much as 10 thousand square meters of area, is equipped with beautiful swimming pool and surrounded by a well-kept garden.
Thesolarium area around the pool and a covered veranda, sheltered by very light curtains, provide coolness and shade during the day. On the veranda, there is a wood-burning oven and a barbecue fireplace, perfect for preparing succulent grills of famous meats raised in the Valle d`Itria, seasonal vegetables, and fresh fish from the nearby Ionian and Adriatic seas.
Also near the trulli is a barbecue area is equipped for outdoor dining under a gazebo furnished with table and chairs and an oven.

Freshness and thermal insulation are the peculiarities that guarantee a peaceful rest in the trulli, even in the hottest hours of the day. The interiors of the villa are refined, tastefully cared for and embellished with furniture elements typical of the local architecture.
The veranda shaded by a wooden roof makes an entrance to the living-dining room with a well-equipped open kitchenette. In a large living room with fireplace there are 2 single beds (photo to be updated) and 1 additional pouf bed on request.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double rooms, 1 twin and 2 single rooms inside the trulli. With the three beds in the living room, Villa Ricci has a total accommodation capacity of as many as 11 beds. Completing the villa are 2 shower rooms.
Being equipped with heating Villa Ricci it is ideal for year-round vacations. Air conditioning is present in the kitchen and in two of the bedrooms (one double and one twin).

Ceglie Messapica is a lively town with a beautiful historic center, rich in traditions and beauties to be discovered. The sea of Ostuni is just 18 kilometers away.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 300, payable on-site.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Heating has a cost of euro 50 per day.
