ほぼ2ヘクタールのオリーブの木立に浸っています。 毎週最低レンタル。
海と古代オリーブの木々の公園とトレグアセット保護区を見下ろすパノラマベランダ。 非常に静かな場所。
塩処理（塩素なし）、外部バーベキューを備えたガゼボを備えたプール4 x 12m。

The Villa is beautiful inside and outside. It’s very peaceful with beautiful views and gardens. There are many beaches within 15/20 minutes drive. A car is essential as there is nothing within walking distance and it wouldn’t be safe to walk on the narrow roads. A great place to relax. Melitta was great on arrival and departure.

Awesome North Puglia Villa

The villa was all we could have wanted and exactly as listed. A great base for exploring northern Puglia. Melita was so helpful and was always available when needed. Would recommend for families and would definitely come back if in Puglia again.

Wonderful house

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The outside view is stunning. The pool is great. We really hope we can come back.

Great Location with short drives to many beaches and small towns. The pool was lovely. The villa appeared to be more of a primary house than a full time rental. For the price we expected more amenities with respect to bathroom products and kitchen paper goods. The master bath shower needs maintenance. Thus the deduction.

Amazing in Puglia

The property was great. Overall better than we had taken from the description. A fantastic place to relax in a modern home sitting beautifully in an ancient landscape.

Beautiful property in the midst of the olive trees. House is clean and well appointed. Loved having a wash machine, after 2 weeks of traveling. The first evening, Melitta, the caretaker brought us a fantastic pugliese meal so we didn't have to go out. 3 king beds, which was great for 3 couples traveling. They have an outdoor enclosed area of glass which is lovely. Close to many of the towns we wanted to visit.

Incredible value, location and view

My wife and I spent 6 nights here. The property is wonderful and private with a nice view of the Adriatic. Wonderful location to branch out from as it is only 7 minutes from the Adriatic highway that runs up and down Salento. The property was clean and well stocked and the caretaker there for every question/need. Side note: it was priced well less than other competitive VRBOs. Highly recommend

Beautiful villa

This house was possibly the best holiday house I have stayed in. It was amazing. My family loved the pool area and enclosed patio for relaxing. We were a short drive from beautiful Caravigno and a little longer from all of the beautiful Puglian towns. If I had one criticism it would be that the information leaflets are in Italian or French. However, thanks to the strong WiFi signal e could just google what we needed to know. I would return here without hesitation

great stay!

As other guests mention, the house is even nicer than the pictures show. It is modern, comfortable with all you need in place (good beds, lots of kitchen supplies, silent a/c), spacious, lots of seats outside. And of course the large swimming pool! The house is located on a small hill, so you can see the sea and the refreshing breeze is welcome in the hot summer days. In addition to spending lots of lazy days at the house enjoying the pool and sun, the location makes it easy to visit the highlights of Puglia, such as Lecce, Ostuni, Alberobello and Polignano a Mare. Nice restaurants nearby, with XFOOD at San Vito dei Normanni our favorite. So we had a great time at this place and would highly recommend it!

A dream villa in bella Puglia

The house is beautiful, very spacious and practical. Equipment is rather high quality, it’s an owners’ house they use themselves. The configuration is well thought, from the large rooms, the large living/kitchen space with seaview, tnhe lounge with a breeze, the great seawater pool and the bbq and and and. It’s isolated but safe, calm but only 15min from everything: one of the most beautiful beaches in Puglia (torre Guaceto) great restaurants and supermarkets. Ostuni is 20min, Brindisi 25. Communication with the landlord and his staff ere excellent and very friendly. We would have loved to stay longer and we will come back

Magnifica villa

Immersa in un oliveto monumentale, posta su una lieve collina da cui si vede il mare, Villa Karine è in posizione strategica per raggiungere in pochi minuti spiagge con mare cristallino. Accogliente, ben arredata, pulita in modo impeccabile, dotata di tutti i comfort che ci si aspetta in una villa di questa tipologia, gode di ampi e ben distribuiti spazi esterni dove rilassarsi in pieno sole o all’ombra del pergolato, riparati dal vento o in piena aria. Anche all’interno gli spazi sono ampi e ben curati. La grande cucina è veramente ben attrezzata: non manca davvero nulla. Ottima la biancheria da letto, gli asciugamani nei bagni e i teli per la piscina dove sono presenti lettini, sdraio e poltrone. Aria condizionata efficace e silenziosa, letti molto comodi. In fase di prenotazione e nei giorni successivi, Michele, il proprietario, ha risposto celermente e con estrema cortesia. Melita, la signora che ci ha accolti, è molto gentile e disponibile. Una splendida location per una magnifica vacanza!

Traumhaus in Traumlage

Wir haben im wunderschönen Apulien im Traumhaus 2 fantastische Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist innen und außen noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern! Die Lage ist optimal für Strandtage in Torre Guaceto, an der Costa Merlata, aber auch an der Westküste am Ionischen Meer (Punta Prosciutto!). Man erreicht aber auch sehr gut die sehenswerten Städte Ostuni, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Monopoli und Polignano al Mare, sowie die Grotte von Castellana. Man muss aber auch auf alle Fälle gemütliche Tage zum chillen am Haus einplanen: toller Pool, tolle große Lounge (die man, wenn der Wind zu stark ist mit Glasscheiben nach vorne verschließen kann!), viele Liege- und Sitzgelegenheiten und natürlich die möblierte Dachterrasse! Dort haben wir jeden Abend unseren Sundowner genossen und spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge über den Olivenhügeln bewundern können. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort!

Puglia meravigliosa….

È vero…., la cultura e il mare di questa regione sono uno stato d’animo. Il valore aggiunto di questa sorprendente terra lo fa la location nel quale siamo stati ospiti 15 giorni. La villa è un incanto, è sorprendente come l’unico rumore che si percepisca siano le foglie degli ulivi che si muovono nella brezza. Architettonicamente è un equilibrio di tagli prospettici delle finestre e dei muri esterni che incorniciano magicamente tramonti mozzafiato. Un soggiorno indelebile, che mi ha regalato emozioni uniche. Pulizia e confort impeccabili, villa Karine è super accessoriata e non manca nulla…. Grazie ai consigli del proprietario e alla gentilissima Melita che hanno contribuito a rendere speciali la nostra vacanza. Posto magico.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday!

We had a great family holiday in the villa. The location was perfect for us, short drive from the airport and loads of beaches within about 20 minutes. Also 3 towns to visit within 20 minutes drive. We really enjoyed Carovigno. The villa had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and we loved the massive outdoor space. The air con worked well and was much needed in the heatwave! Great communication before we arrived and during our stay which was very reassuring with all the covid restrictions. A car is essential for this property. We loved every minute and would definitely recommend!

La villa supera le aspettative

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni. La villa è incantevole. Le foto non rendono abbastanza la sua bellezza. Curata nei minimi dettagli. A 10 minuti dalla spiaggia Torre Guaceto (riserva naturale). Il proprietario gentilissimo. Che dire di più!!

Vacanza da sogno

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa meravigliosa Villa, vi assicuro che le foto non rendono l’idea della bellezza, vista magnifica, tranquillità assoluta, completa di tutto, ed è a 10 minuti da supermercati, farmacia, locali, piccoli paesi molto caratteristici, città stupende, come Ostuni, Alberobello, Polignano a mare e ovviamente un mare spettacolare. Ultima cosa vorrei ringraziare ancora una volta Melitta, che ci ha consegnato le chiavi di casa, rivolgetevi a lei se volete una cena tradizionale pugliese direttamente in Villa, cuoca sopraffina, persona gentile e disponibile. A perfect villa in Puglia!

A lovely, spacious villa with a huge pool in a great location for visiting the beautiful cities in Puglia. The owners and local manager could not have been more helpful and there are recommendations for local restaurants, shops etc. We were visiting with teenagers but the owners also have a fence they can erect around the pool, if you are staying there with babies or toddlers. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Location perfetta per una vacanza rilassante

Cielo, natura e mare. La casa confonde i tre elementi in un tutt’uno in cui è difficile scegliere la giornata ideale. La casa è proprio questo: sovverte le priorità lasciando il passo a un’immediata sensazione di abbandono immerso nella natura. Comoda a tutte le più belle spiagge della zona, ti avvolge in un clima ventilato quasi irreale rispetto alla calura estiva circostante.
