Awesome place and Juan was always so helpful and available to answer any questions. I spend a month in Salamanca. The apartment is clean and close to everything.

This place is awesome My son rented it for a few months while going to the University. Excellent location. Its super cozy. You can show up with nothing but your suitcase and not have to buy a thing. This cool apartment even had an umbrella by the door you could use it's clean and comfortable and Juan the owner is fantastic to work with.

I have never stayed in a cleaner apartment; the baseboards, corners, nooks, and crannies were spotless. Everything you can possibly need is there and ready for you. The host, Juan, was a lifeline since my trip from Madrid was a complete mess. In my exhaustion and lack of a backup plan, Juan kept in touch with me and met me when I finally arrived. His kindness and quick responses will be remembered with gratitude. Additionally the location was ideal - there was no place I wanted to go that couldn’t be reached in foot with a few minutes. In spite of being so well located it is a very quiet place and I slept well. The price is reasonable as well and I highly recommend this apartment!

Great time in Salamanca

The apartment is perfectly located in the city. Major monuments are maximum 20mn on foot. Many pedestrian streets inside the ancient city so it's not easy to park a car and you'll have to pay for it. Nevertheless, Juan will tell you where to park for free a few streets away and for an unlimited time.

Goed met openbaar vervoer en auto te bereiken apartment op 2e etage (geen lift). Prima uitgerust en goed gelegen alle hoogtepunten prima te voet te breieken.

Appartement de Juan

Super accueil de Juan qui nous aide à monter les valises. Son appartement est ultra propre et très bien situé, nous étions vraiment proche de la plaza mayor qui est encore plus belle à la nuit tombée. Un séjour de deux nuits, l’idéal pour visiter pleinement la ville, et au calme après la folie des pèlerins de Lisbonne !

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wir haben 2 Nächte in Salamanca verbracht und fanden alles in der Wohnung vor, was wir benötigten. Ein Supermarkt ist 2min fußläufig entfernt, die Plaza Mayor 5min, sodass man Salamanca prima auch mit kleineren Kindern erkunden kann. Juan war sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Nos ha encantado quedarnos en el piso de Juan! Estuvimos 5 semana y no tuvimos problemas, la localidad fue perfecta. Tiene dos barras al bajar del piso y a solo minutos de calle Zamora, calle toro y la plaza mayor. La habitaciones tienen todo lo que uno necesita y todo muy limpio. Gracias, esperamos regresar pronto!

Great apartment in a great location !

This is a lovely apartment. There is well-stocked kitchen, separate laundry area, three bedrooms with lots of closet space, with good light and air ventilation. There is a small terrace off the living room. It is well located, with a very brief walk to the plaza Mayor. It is on the second floor, and there are stairs to climb to reach the apartment. But Juan helped us quickly carry our luggage up to the apartment so it was no problem. He was also very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Our only negative is that the view is less than appealing. There is a large vacant lot outside the front of the building, overgrown with weeds and such. But it was a small price to pay for such a great apartment at a good price. We loved Salamanca, we were there for five days, and found plenty to do - the sights, the restaurants, and museums. One day we rented bikes and rode the 15 mile bike path that has been built around the city, and had a very fun day. We hope to be be back, and would stay in this apartment again.

Comfortable and Centrally Located

This is a great apartment for exploring Salamanca. We really enjoyed having the balcony to relax and look down on the activity below. The owners met us at a nearby plaza and took us to the apartment and showed us around. The apartment itself was exactly what we needed. Good air-conditioning, good hot water and water pressure, and a nice place for a siesta. The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked at home once or twice and also did some laundry. The location is an easy walk to anywhere you want to go. We walked around the historic neighborhoods, went to the cathedral and the University and took our host's advice on where to eat. Calle Van Dyck, a 10-minute walk away, has more tapas bars than you can count. We will stay there again when we return to Salamanca.
