2 bed 3 bath townhome directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Wake up with coffee on the deck , and let the kids run right down to the sand. There are no parking garages, no elevators, it is a private townhome on the beach .

Master bed room is a king bed, beautful hardwood flooring and master suite bath. glass sliding door to deck off the master.

2nd bed room is a queen bed, and updated bath so there is no sharing.

downstairs a sleeper sofa to sleep extra guest or children.

The townhouse is west of pier park about 3 miles, and pier park has shopping , resturants and more!

Check-in was very easy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The view of the ocean from the kitchen/living room was beautiful!

Awesome Stay

The property came equipped with everything, plus it was extremely close to the beach. Definitely will be booking some time again.

Great place and close to the beach

The overall stay was wonderful! Just a few minor things wrong with the condo. I would stay again and would highly recommend staying there to others.

Beach paradise

My stay at Seagull number 7 was wonderful. My wife and I had a great time spent a lot of time on the beach. The condo was great well stocked and clean Had all the same amenities of my home. Will be back again

I loved how easy it was to walk out onto the beach and also to get around the city! Very roomy and comfortable and clean!

Perfect!

The perfect place for a relaxing vacation! We had a gorgeous view of the ocean from the large, private deck. We could just walk down the steps to the beach! The unit was clean, updated, and comfortable. My only complaint was the bath towels provided were small and not of great quality. We would stay here again!

Very clean inside. Wall damage was mentioned months ago in reviews still not repaired. Ask for keys to back patio door was told everyone just leaves it unlocked. We did not like that. Wifi username and password sent to us was incorrect took 3 days for response. Underneath back deck has a lot of broken water toys and floats that could be thrown away. The complimentary umbrella and chairs much appreciated.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our stay- walk out back door to beach. No worry about where to park. Everything was very clean, beds super comfy!

Fabulous Property

This townhouse is exactly as described. Steps to the beach, assigned parking, comfortable living area and extremely comfortable beds and the host provides 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. We enjoyed our stay.

A true gem!

Came down for a 4 night stay with 3 friends. The location is excellent and the beachfront access was perfect! A large condo is next door, but it never impeded on our area. I did not realize it came with 2 beach chairs and umbrella that are set up for you! What a perk. The condo itself did exceed our expectations. Pictures are not up to date and it's nicer that reflected in them. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. A in our book.
