This Is the Dream vacation home. The location is central and easy to get to anything you want to do. The townhome is well appointed and walking straight off your deck onto the beach is Amazing . The fire pit was an added bonus that we really enjoyed. 100% recommend!

This was an excellent place to stay. Great location with Great views. Very relaxing area on the beach that was not crowded.Our family would not hesitate to come back. There could be a few improvements . The lighting on the back porch isn't the greatest and for a family with kids on vacation some plastic cups would be ideal to have in the cupboards. That's it the rest was amazing.

Greetings, Thank you and we hope to accommodate you next time. In regards to the Dim yellow turtle light on the back porch . This is required by the state law and is a 10k fine . The reason for this dim yellow bulb is because of the sea turtles so they can find their way back to the ocean after hatching . That is why I have the portable solar lights . However; I will try to find a portable yellow light to take in & out the back deck . Please be aware that the permanent light fixture that is there must stay a yellow turtle light . Also I sent you a 5 star rating and thank you for sharing this helps improve for our future guests . We hope to see you and your family again next time .

If you’re looking for an awesome, clean place to stay directly on the beach… this is the place! We loved our stay and the location! Everything was very clean, beds are SO comfortable and I think they are brand new! Also so spacious!

Straight on the Beach! Close to most everything, Pier Park, Walmart, several other stores within 2 miles. BBQ on the deck overlooking the Gulf. Beach chairs inside the dune on the sand. Great place to stay. Host was very responsive and helpful! Spent 7 days, it was cold, but it was just So nice to be back on the beach!

Great stay!! Just footsteps from the beach but still located around restaurants and many things to do. We come to Panama every year for the 4th and have always stayed at different places in hopes of finding one we'd like to return to ..I think we found it!!!

This property was amazing! Step off the patio and into the sand. This property had everything we needed and more. The host communicated with us anytime we reached out. The location is right down the beach from Pier park where dining and shops are. Will stay again. Highly recommend! While we were there we had family photos done with Megan James Photography- highly recommend! Her photos are beautiful. If you get a chance go to shell island!

This is my favorite rental property on the beach. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I like the rooms and the view from the den open to the kitchen and master bedrooms.
I really enjoy the convenience of being on the front beach Rd just 1-2 blocks from back beach rd easy access during the holidays .No elevators is a plus when it comes to luggage . I like the Two steps for entry . Garage for bike week for an extra charge .
Also Waking up to the sound of waves and the beach front dream view while on the beach on the back deck just steps away from the ocean.
It is located on the west end in a good area near the Police station .
This property has had many updates. Yearly always something new . Like the new grill So I stay when not rented so I keep it clean & see that it has regular maintenance.
Comfortable new mattresses & beds. I love grilling on the back porch on the beach.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

I was looking for a beach front property for a while. After finding this one and updating the decor, it has been exactly what we always wanted. We love it when we are able to get down to enjoy it. it’s the beachfront dream while watching the sun . . It is by a local grocery store & Pier park .and the Frank brown park which had has pools and amenities for fun in the sun .1-2 miles away by Pier Park .

. There is nothing more calming than the sound of the waves washing the shore.
Sitting on the back deck watching the sunrise and shine morning to night is so beautiful sunsets on the on the water.
