This property was amazing! Step off the patio and into the sand. This property had everything we needed and more. The host communicated with us anytime we reached out. The location is right down the beach from Pier park where dining and shops are. Will stay again. Highly recommend! While we were there we had family photos done with Megan James Photography- highly recommend! Her photos are beautiful. If you get a chance go to shell island!

We loved the location the most. Easy access to Pier Park, right on the beach and could see the dolphins every morning and take walks on the beach right from the back of the property. Check in was rough. We luckily have family in PCB but were afraid we would have to stay with family on the couch when we couldn’t get inside the property because the wrong code had been provided at check in. We arrived at the property at about 930p and stood outside the property for about 25 min messaging the property manager hoping she would see it and get us the proper code. Thankfully she did and called us to give us the proper code explaining she had forgotten to update the proper code on our check in email. Once inside, the property was comfortable but very dated. Mildew growing on the sliding doors, floor tiles that don’t connect, showers that don’t drain, and nail heads sticking up on the steps to the beach that you have to dodge. My husband almost went to get his hammer to push them in further. The property was clean just very dated and not much attention to maintaining it it seems. We also had to process paperwork for our work while gone and couldn’t due to the WiFi being out. At first the reason given was construction on the road knocking it out and then later when asking about an update we were told it was because they were switching companies. Either way no wifi so we couldn’t get the reports submitted to our work that was needed. All in all we enjoyed but will stay elsewhere.

If you’re looking for an awesome, clean place to stay directly on the beach… this is the place! We loved our stay and the location! Everything was very clean, beds are SO comfortable and I think they are brand new! Also so spacious!

The host was easy to communicate with and helpful- and we aren’t there for the house but the beach. The location was amazing and perfect , plenty of parking , however the house is out dated and wasn’t clean like we are used to, the stove was dirty and the floors , base boards walls , counter and glass surfaces all smudged and dirty- only one trash bag was supplied for the week, no working WiFi , but the beds and accommodation were fine for what we needed . The home has private beach and is steps to the water , we enjoyed ourselves very much, we would stay again bc the host was great and the location was perfect. Been vacationing in PCB for 6 years and this is far better than condos or the resorts hotels , we have stayed in big homes with large groups and in the hotels and condos we all agree we would be back to this home

Family vacation

We were in love. It felt like a home, super close to the beach and a wonderful view. The beach alone was not crowded ever and you never had to fight for a spot. It was a quiet location and family friendly. If we come back to PCB it would be because of this house and host alone. She was truly wonderful

We were able to check in early, which was nice. The view of the gulf is beautiful. I wish I could list more positives but I can’t. We had trouble with the lock when we arrived, but tried the handle and realized it was never locked to begin with, so we let ourselves in. My husband replaced the batteries in the lock because maintenance never showed up to do it. The unit is a lot older than it looks in the pictures. The front and back doors are hard to open and close. All of the bedroom doors inside stick badly, and the master bedroom does not even lock since the latch isn’t aligned correctly with the strike plate. The cabinetry, doors and banister seemed sort of sticky/grimy. The unit overall didn’t seem very clean. There were visible stains on some of the bedroom pillows. The skylight in the master bath is full of dust, we would wake up to dust bunnies in one of the sinks, from the AC vent blowing the dust out of the skylight. There were tiny bugs crawling around on my nightstand. One of the can lights in the kitchen started leaking water onto the kitchen counter. We reported it to the owner and they thanked us for letting them know, but no one came out to look at it/fix it. The path to the beach is not clear, and because of that, there are many burrs. There is one tabletop umbrella on the patio that isn’t big enough to shade the entire area. The condo could easily be a 10 if it was properly cleaned and maintained. We were really disappointed with the condo.

Look no further!!!

Great stay!! Just footsteps from the beach but still located around restaurants and many things to do. We come to Panama every year for the 4th and have always stayed at different places in hopes of finding one we'd like to return to ..I think we found it!!!

Wonderful location

Property was nice and clean. Check in was easy, door code sent 24 hours before check in. Location is great. Close to Pier Park and other attrations and restuarants.Could be up dated starting to show some ware. Sliding glass door very hard to open and lock.

Perfect family spot

When we arrived I noticed the place was much cleaner than most places that we have rented before. We had an issue the second day with the ac and the owner had it fixed before that night! We did have to get a baby gate for the stairs, but we left it there for others to be able to use. I loved the way the kids had their own room that was close to us but not too close where we would wake them up easily. It was convenient being right on the beach and she already had kids sand toys so all we needed was our kiddie pool(also left for others to use) and our canopy to head out and enjoy the day!! We stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Would highly recommend and would love to come back!

Great Townhouse

Great Location and townhouse nice & clean. Hard flowers down. New appliances in kch. With all small appliances. We lived on the large deck w/great high deck chairs & umbrella. If you are driving remember to take dishwasher & laundry detergent. We would go again

Great location beach townhouse

Overall, we had an okay stay. The location is perfect for "backyard beach" experience. The townhouse itself was large and spacious. We had many glitches on our 32 night stay. Internet went out second day due to outdated router which we ourselves went to Xfinity to replace(no internet for almost a week), dishwasher disposal broke and took 4 days to repair, glass shower door in master bath randomly came off track and shattered all over master bathroom floor and dryer broke toward end of stay which was replaced by repairman. Owner was somewhat helpful but did not offer any compensation to us at all for our time and effort in taking care of the matters. Still waiting on the pet fee that was supposed to be refunded day one.Would not stay at this location again due to outdated equipment (tv super old, grill old and filthy, deck paint peeling) and lack of owner appreciation for all the inconveniences in our 5 week stay.

Dream birthday vacation with the kids on fhe beach!

The grill, the patio, the bedrooms, the view form the master bedroom windows, proximity to pier park, and most important part... walking out the back door and there is the beach! It was amazing! The breakfast grill was missing so the owner drove over to give us a new one from store! A real wonderful experience to rent this place! Such good communication, and great accommodations! Will be going again soon for a return trip! I only wanna book this place!Me and my kid share the same birthday so we all wnet down here to celebrate it along with te younger kid. Perfect.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to spend Christmas on the beach and this fit the bill. Located directly on the sand, we were able to hear the ocean and watch the sunset every night on the back deck. The condo was clean and cozy and felt like home. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful Christmas. Brandy, the owner, was very responsive regarding all our communications. 100% would recommend and will come again.

Fall Vacation

Had an awesome stay. Townhouse was easily accessible to restaurants and pier park. Host Brandy was very helpful with any questions that came an about. Will definitely book again.

This is my favorite rental property on the beach. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I like the rooms and the view from the den open to the kitchen and master bedrooms.
I really enjoy the convenience of being on the front beach Rd just 1-2 blocks from back beach rd 98/to 79 . So I am never stuck in traffic . No elevators is a plus when it comes to luggage .
Great location .
Also Waking up to the sound of waves and the beach front dream view while sipping coffee right on the beach on the deck just steps away from the ocean waves.
It is locate on the west end by Winn Dixie groceries.
This property has had many updates. Yearly always something new . So I stay when not rented so I keep it clean & see that it has regular maintenance.
Comfortable new mattresses & beds. I love grilling on the back porch on the beach.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

I was looking for a beach front property for a while. After finding this one and updating the decor, it has been exactly what we always wanted. We love it when we are able to get down to enjoy it. it’s the beachfront dream while watching the sun go down and relaxing on the beach. Convenient to local grocery store & Pier park .and Frank brown park has all the pool amenities for fun in the sun .1-2 miles away by Pier Park .

. There is nothing more calming than the sound of the waves washing the shore.
Sitting on the back deck watching the sunrise and shine morning to night is so beautiful sunsets on the on the water.
