A This is our second time staying here, exactly a year apart from the 1st! It is always wonderful, Brandy is a great host, the location is one of the best you can get- this is our 11th stay in PCB and the only place we have stayed more than once because it is perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The townhouse was in a great location and made getting to the beach and everything else in Panama City Beach so convenient. There was plenty of space for our family, and we loved having the comforts of a townhouse instead of staying in a typical hotel or condo.

Before getting there I want to say that the communication with the host was a 10 out of 10, she replied to questions almost immediately. Check in was a breeze. When we first walked in it was extremely clean, spacious, and the view was like from a post card. Conveniently located to everything. We will stay here again 100%

From the moment we opened the door to an organized and clean home to the excitement we felt as we walked into the living room and seen the ocean view, we knew we were going to love our time here! The description is perfectly accurate for this place. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us, and we had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. The access to the beach and the ocean breeze on the back patio were amazing. The location was perfect for all of the fun activities there were to do in town. The host went above and beyond to check on our family’s safety as Hurricane Isaias was heading our way, and she was very accommodating when we decided to leave a day early. I could not be happier with our decision to stay here, and if I come back to PCB, I will absolutely stay here again.

A Memorable Stay in Panama City Beach! What a memorable trip to Panama City Beach! We arrived right after Hurricane Isaias, and although the city was experiencing widespread power outages, we only lost power for about four hours the following morning.Despite the circumstances, our host was absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly kind, thoughtful, That level of hospitality and genuine concern for guests speaks volumes!The place itself was absolutely perfect! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a more memorable experience. Sometimes it’s the unexpected moments that make a trip even more special.Even with a hurricane trying to interrupt our vacation, we had an incredible time!

This Is the Dream vacation home. The location is central and easy to get to anything you want to do. The townhome is well appointed and walking straight off your deck onto the beach is Amazing . The fire pit was an added bonus that we really enjoyed. 100% recommend!

You literally cannot beat the price and experience of staying here! We have been coming to PCB for 7 years now and this was our favorite place to stay yet! We will definitely be back. Being on the beach at this townhouse was simply the easiest thing we have experienced. Being able to walk up our own private pathway to let our baby nap, to eat lunch and snacks, not tread what feels like a mile with our beach stuff but instead right up to our stairs/ back door was amazing!! The place is close enough to all of the necessities like stores, peir park (Nathan's Hot dogs YUM). We enjoyed our trips to St. Andrews/ Shell Island. We also beach hopped over to Mirmar and James Lee. Took a Boat tour with Salty Fins. And during our down time was able to just relax in this fun little town home! Brandy was so accommodating and easy to talk to! I cant wait to go through all of our pictures and videos from being there! I was even able to take family photos ON the pathway to the beach using the dunes. It was literally picture perfect!! We have found our vacation home moving forward! We stayed for almost 2 weeks and it was more than worth it!!

This is my favorite rental property on the beach. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I like the rooms and the view from the den open to the kitchen and master bedrooms.
I really enjoy the convenience of being on the front beach Rd just 1-2 blocks from back beach rd easy access during the holidays .No elevators is a plus when it comes to luggage . I like the Two steps for entry . Garage for bike week for an extra charge . Upon request only .
Also Waking up to the sound of waves and the beach front dream view while on the beach on the back deck just steps away from the ocean.
It is located on the west end in a good area near the Police station .
This property has had many updates. Yearly always something new . Like the new grill So I stay when not rented so I keep it clean & see that it has regular maintenance.
Comfortable new mattresses & beds. I love grilling on the back porch on the beach.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

I was looking for a beach front property for a while. After finding this one and updating the decor, it has been exactly what we always wanted. We love it when we are able to get down to enjoy it. it’s the beachfront dream while watching the sun set . It is by a local grocery store & Pier park .and the Frank brown park which had has pools and amenities for fun in the sun .1-2 miles away by Pier Park . One of the Nicest places on the beach with easy access to everything. Clean & Updated & on the water .

. There is nothing more calming than the sound of the waves washing the shore.
Sitting on the back deck watching the sunrise and shine morning to night is so beautiful sunsets on the on the water.
