Beautiful and clean place with easy access to tennis courts and pool. Kitchen was well furnished. We really enjoyed the area and Arches National Park.

We had a great stay here! Great location and the townhome had everything we needed and the king bed was very comfortable. It's also right next to the pool and hot tub common area so very convenient for enjoying these amenities. Definitely recommend this place for visiting Arches/Canyonlands National Parks and other sights near Moab.l

Well stocked kitchen! One suggestion would be to provide a laundry basket in each bathroom. Conveniently located for many things in the Moab area.

As a group of mountain bikers, this unit worked well for our group. Several individual beds and a secure garage to keeps our safely ticked in at night. Easy access to town and a myriad of shop’s & restaurants as well.

Excellent place to stay in Moab!

Matt & Heidi's place was a perfect home base for our family during a cross-country road trip! Their place was spacious and spotless, and they had great tips for things to do beyond the national parks. We woudl definitely stay here again!

The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, glassware, appliances. Beach towels and a few items were great to find. It is hot upstairs in the bedrooms. The thermostat is on the main level and you are not allowed to turn it below 72. Which means upstairs is more like 75. The fans in the two bedrooms worked ok. The master bedroom was hot with only a ceiling fan to help. Cotton sheets vs the polyester ones on the beds would help significantly with heat. The place was clean, no bugs or anything dirty. I would stay again but bring my own sheets and additional cooling items.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location, comfy place, lots of useful "extras" in the kitchen! Only rec is pool towels and hooks in the bathroom for towels. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

This was a perfect home away from home for Christmas! Plenty of space yet cozy with amazing views! The location is unbeatable. Outside of town but convenient to everything. Very clean and well stocked. The host was fantastic to work with. I would definitely rent this unit again!!

Great place to stay!

Condo was VERY clean; owner gave excellent directions & instructions. Had all the amenities you'd need. It was definitely more reasonable than the area motels and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very responsive to questions and helpful. The house was very clean and conveniently located to Canyonland and Arches National Parks. We enjoyed the community swimming pool and felt very welcomed. Thank you for a great stay

Father/Son Roadtrip

Great property close to everything we wanted to do in Moab. Response to questions from the owner were quick and helpful. Couldn't have asked for anything more! Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful clean property

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also great to be right next to the pool. The drive to the parks was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.
