Quiet house in the South between sea and countryside

In Paulhan, commune of the valley of the Hérault in Occitanie, I propose you a house of 90m2 being able to accomodate 6 people in a residential housing estate.
In the village located 15 minutes walk, you will find local shops (bakeries, pharmacy, butcher, press). A local market is also organized every Thursday morning.
For food, at the exit of the village, you will find a Carrefour Contact and a service station.

Whatever you are looking for for your holidays, in this area you will find beaches (Vias beach 35kms or Marseillan beach at 40kms), Lake Salagou and water sports (15kms) or the banks of the river. Herault.

If you prefer to visit the surroundings, you will find Pezenas the city of Molière and its historic heart (10kms) or one of the most beautiful villages in France with Saint Guilhem le Désert (35kms)

For nature lovers, we are located 15kms from Cirque de Moureze, the Gorges de L'Herault are about 40kms and for the bravest, Cirque de Navacelles is 70kms

You can bring your children to visit the Clamouse cave (35kms) or spend the day in Aqualand Cap d'Agde (40kms)

And finally for those who prefer shopping, Montpellier is 45 km, Sète 40 km, Béziers and its Canal du Midi, the city is 35 km.

- a room of 11m2 with a 140cm bed equipped with a television
- a child's room of 12m2 with a trundle bed (2 beds of 90cm)
- a room of 14m2 with a 140cm bed equipped with a television

2 toilets (one in DRC and one on the floor)

The house is air conditioned in the DRC and has a private parking space
There is a garden of 25m2 in the front and a 70m2 garden in the back (with synthetic grass)

This beautiful and immaculate holiday home is located in Paulhan, at the heart of the Hérault Valley in the Occitanie region, southern France. Based in a quiet residential housing estate, this house of generous size will sleep up to 6 people.
Within a 15-minute walk, the village has all the amenities you need (bakeries, chemist, butcher, newsagent). On Thursday mornings, you will be able to appreciate the local market, and you will find a small supermarket (Carrefour Contact) and a handy service station.

Beautiful gold sand beaches are located 20-25 miles away (Vias Beach and Marseillan Beach) and Salagou Lake with its various water sports only 10 miles away. You also have the wonderful scenery of the Herault river, which offers a variety of walks where you can explore and observe nature at its best.

If you prefer to visit the surroundings, you will find the historic town of Pezenas, city of Molière, the famous 17th Century French actor and poet. A bit further, I would also highly recommend Saint Guilhem the Desert, acclaimed one of the most beautiful villages in France.

For nature lovers, within a 20-minute drive, you can find a spectacular dolomitic limestone outcrop known as the Mourèze Circus. The Herault Gorges are about 25 miles away and, for the most adventurous, Cirque de Navacelles is about an hour away.

Clamouse Cave (22 miles) or spend the day at Aqualand in Cap d'Agde (25 miles).

Finally, for those who prefer shopping, Montpellier, Sète, Beziers and its Canal du Midi are close-by (20-25 miles).

All in all, there will be something for everyone!

The house boasts 2 large bedrooms with a double bed and a tv each, and 1 child's bedroom that can sleep up to 2 children with twin size trundle bed. Each bedroom is equipped with fitted wardrobes.

Downstairs, you will find a large fully fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine and dining table. The area is open-plan with the living room where you will find a cozy sofa and television. The living room leads to a private and secure backyard (laid with synthetic lawn). You will also find a small garden at the front of the house.

The house comes with air conditioning and private parking.
