A 5 minute walk from the beautiful beach of Agosta, you are expected in this spacious and comfortable modern apartment in a private residence.

In peace, the serenity and the comfort are guaranteed in this big flat of 50m2 with neat design. Living room, dining area, kitchen overlooking the large wooden terrace (31m2), with deck chairs, barbecue, open on the greenery and especially not overlooked.

The separate bedroom contains a double bed and the bathroom is spacious, with a walk-in shower. The toilets are independent.

Possibility to add 1 bed for 1 extra person or cot if needed.

Perfect modern stylish Appartement with all comfort yu‘ll ever need

Our host Margot is an extremely friendly and nice person. She gave us a very warm welcome and helped us with all kind of useful advices about the surroundings and possible trips to the region. The appartement was extremely clean, perfectly equipped with all household stuff you ever will need. The furniture and interior of the appartement was very stylish and tastefully decorated with Margots own art objects. Checkout was as easy as check in. The appartement is extremely well located for any kind of trips to the southern and as well as to the northern part of Corsica‘s west coast. We give therefore Margot a 5**** rating and would like to stay again at her app next time.

Perfektes Appartement in Top-Lage – Erholung pur!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem hervorragend ausgestatteten Appartement. Die ruhige Lage und die wunderschöne Sonnenterrasse haben uns sofort begeistert – ideal, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, und Porticcio, mit der Fähre nach Ajaccio, ist in nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen, ideal für Selbstversorger, die gerne kochen. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und haben uns erholsame Nächte beschert. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Margot, die uns herzlich empfangen hat und jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich war. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT *****

Appartement récent d'excellente qualité (literie , sanitaires, cuisine, appareils ménagers...) décoré avec goût , très grande terrasse, situé à 150mètres de la plage dans un endroit calme et résidentiel. Nous y ajouterons l'amabilité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire Margot .

accueil personnalisé, attentif et chaleureux dans un appartement de standing, confortable et bien équipé, idéal pour le séjour d'un couple à 300 m de la plage et 500 m des commerces (néanmoins, la voiture devient vite indispensable) . location chaudement recommandée !

La casa ideale al mare

L'appartamento è come lo si vede dalle foto e dal vivo la resa è ancora migliore. Iper accessoriato, in una zona tranquilla, ma collocata alla giusta distanza da innumerevoli attrattive e a 500 metri dalla spiaggia di Agosta. L'accoglienza di Margot è a dir poco sublime, nell'appartamento e nei suoi modi si riflette il suo animo di artista. che dire...sicuramente ci ritorneremo e lo consigliamo vivamente a persone amanti della zona di Ajaccio e del benessere.

Séjour de rêve !

Mon épouse et moi avons passé six jours exceptionnels chez Margot. Accueillis dans un quartier tranquille et résidentiel, la glace a été rapidement brisée durant la visite de l’appartement. Notre logement d’une propreté irréprochable et décoré avec goût par Margot, s’est avéré d’un très grand confort, rien ne manque ! Nous avons été touchés par les attentions qu’elle nous avait réservées (confiture d’oranges maison, bouteille d’eau fraiche, Canistrelli…). Sur une terrasse magnifique, sans vis-à-vis, nous avons apprécié la vue imprenable sur la nature environnante et avons pu prendre tranquillement repas et petits déjeuners. Un bilan très positif, dû autant au site, qu’à la présence discrète et efficace, ainsi qu’à la personnalité attachante de Margot. Nous retournerons y passer quelques jours avec grand plaisir. A recommander sans restriction.
