Proximity to Sun City Grand

The property was clean and had everything we needed. Big plus for us was it is dog friendly. The people in the complex were quiet.

Relaxing

Loved being on ground floor. Only thing was the sofa & chair was very uncomfortable so we moved them & got 2 chairs from bedrooms.

Surprise surprise

Expected more comfortable furniture. Assigned parking for each unit would have been nice. Condo was nice. Pool could have been warmer. Restaurant was good/fun! No local news on tv. We didn’t spend a lot of time there, were out visiting and shopping!

both bedrooms has local antenna tv service and living room has 55 inch roku tv,with thousands of channels from internet,also is connected to roof top ANTENNA and has over 100 local phoenix channels ,if you did not find them ,you should have asked me,petri

Smells like cigarettes', mold, we were always getting sick, clutter in the house.

OK, here we go. We had to wash all the utensils before use. The property was not clean. We spent about an hour sweeping and cleaning before we settled in.For two people there was nothing to cook with. If you plan on cooking your own food you'll need to be prepared. The oils and spices left in the condo are expired. One saucepan is one qt, otherwise, it's a 5 qt or nothing. You'll need to be inventive. The frying pans were awful. One of the nonstick pans was scratched through to bare metal. There were two cutting boards that had to be thrown out. I contacted the host and he responded and when he saw the condition of the fry pan and the cutting boards, he threw them out immediately. So, small frying pan and no saucepan, can't do much, but at least he responded within the first day. After that, his rrsponse was limited. I think he owns the property, so he really didn't care that much. I must say we planned at 15 day stay and left after 11 days. Bugs. It takes a while for the host to get back to you and when he came to meet us he told us the bug problem was on us. Not so. The furniture looks nice but is worn out. You'll need to use some pillows to provide support on the couch. I will say, we're an older couple having a renovation on our home. Needed a place to stay. Depending on your standard of living, you may want to consider elsewhere.
