This is a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Cleanliness is outstanding. We appreciated the walled backyard which blocked views to the neighbors. Very nice to have a garage with an automatic door opener. The host was very responsive. We highly recommend this property.

The best part of staying here was the location. It was a nice neighborhood and close to everything we wanted: Golf courses, pickleball, retail, restaurants, etc. The reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 is because there were a couple of issues while there. Carri was responsive, however, and took care of them quickly. Also, the appliances were a bit dated and we would have prefered a king size bed and a walk in shower. The description was accurate, however, so that was our choice. It did have what we needed and we were fairly comfortable.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the home comfortable—it really is a great spot. I also appreciate your comments about the appliances and your preferences. While the listing does reflect the current setup, feedback like yours is always helpful as we continue to look for ways to improve. I’m happy I was able to respond quickly and resolve the issues that came up during your stay—as with any home, occasional issues can come up, I make it a priority to respond quickly and resolve anything as soon as possible. I was in town for a week on business, and because I travel with my border collie, this place was a Godsend. With a safe backyard, comfortable clean stocked house, great neighborhood, and easy check-in, we felt right at home. I definitely recommend, and I will stay again when in town. Thank you!

This home is in a great location. We were allowed to use the garage and drive way. Easily fit a small trailer, Utility vehicle and two large full size trucks. Furniture was a little dated.

Thank you for your review and for choosing our home! We’re so glad the location and parking setup worked well for your stay. I'm sorry you felt like the home was "dated" The table and the bedroom furniture is actually vintage from the 1960s—chosen intentionally to give the space a bit of character and charm. We truly appreciate your feedback.

This is a nice little home in a quiet community. Everything was well maintained and it is very comfortable to stay there. The host was very accommodating and couldn't have been nicer to us. We will definitely stay there again when we need to babysit our great-grandchildren.
