About this property

Quiet house completely renovated July 2019 rental

This house is important to us. This is where our children spent all their holidays. Completely renovated and enlarged in 2014, it is quietly located in a private road. The center and the beach are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes.

The accommodation of 120 m2 is very spacious and equipped with all comforts and wifi access for the internet and two TV sets.
The location of the house is ideal considering the proximity of the beach and the center of the village, any movement can be done on foot.
In the 4 bedrooms, bedding and storage are new. The two bathrooms with shower and the two separate toilets facilitate the daily life in the house.
The kitchen is equipped. Outside, the two terraces and the large garden (garden furniture and barbecue available) allow to rest in the greatest calm in a particularly protected enclosed space within a private road.
