The apartament is great! Good sizs, has everything inside. Just perfect for families or couples. The bad thing is the built in shower, everytime you shower, water comes out if it and you have to clean because there s not at all inclination for the water to drain into the waste. It s a shame for an apartament like this as it s brilliant orherwise. Great host and quick response. Thank you again

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait ! L’emplacement est idéal : on peut se rendre à pied au centre-ville le soir pour profiter des restaurants, et également aller à la plage sans avoir besoin de la voiture. Le stationnement est facile et l’épicerie en face. L’appartement est superbe, récemment rénové, décoré avec goût et d’une propreté impeccable. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails : les fournitures sont neuves, la vaisselle complète, et tout le nécessaire est à disposition — des balais aux petits électroménagers comme le presse-jus, la cafetière ou le grille-pain. On sent que la propriétaire a aménagé l’endroit comme si elle y vivait encore : tout est harmonieux, pratique et agréable à utiliser.La piscine est bien entretenue, un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée de marche ou de plage.Steph et Flavie ont été des hôtes exemplaires : accueillants, attentionnés et chaleureux. Ils nous ont reçus personnellement à notre arrivée et sont venus nous saluer au départ, ce qui nous a fait très plaisir.Bref, un endroit que nous recommandons fortement ! Merci encore pour votre hospitalité et pour avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable

Mi mujer y yo estuvimos varios días de agosto alojados con nuestra hija de 7 años. El apartamento nos pareció ideal.Es mejor aún de lo que se aprecia en la descripción del anuncio. Para empezar, es el apartamento más limpio en el que hemos entrado nunca, y eso que viajamos mucho y hemos visto muchos inmuebles. Está equipadísimo, no le falta de nada. Los muebles y electrodomésticos están como nuevos. Por si eso fuera poco, la comunicación con los propietarios, Stef y Flavie, es muy fluida, están pendientes de cualquier necesidad, previa o adicional, que pueda surgir. Las explicaciones a la entrega de llaves son muy completas y se agradecen. Además, en nuestro caso, han tenido detalles extra que valoramos muy positivamente, como un kit de "amenities" de bienvenida para el desayuno, el baño, la lavadora, agua y vino en la nevera, toallas para la piscina/playa, etc. Se nota que son dos propietarios con una atención al detalle y empatía elevadísimas, muy conscientes y preocupados por sus huéspedes, tratándonos como les gustaría que fueran tratados ellos.En lo que se refiere a las instalaciones, están muy bien. El apartamento está dentro del complejo de un hotel de 4 estrellas y permite el uso de la piscina y acceso a las zonas comunes. No cuenta con parking dedicado pero se puede aparcar en el parking del centro comercial que está justo pegado al complejo, nosotros lo hemos hecho así y no hemos tenido ningún problema durante toda nuestra estancia.Volveremos sin dudarlo.

Erwartungen übertroffen!

Eine wunderschöne saubere Wohnung in der alles vorhanden ist. Die Hotelanlage ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und das Publikum sehr gemischt. Von Alt bis jung alles dabei. Unsere Kids hatten sehr viel Spaß am Pool und die Lage ist perfekt. Strand und Nachtleben alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Apartment zu dem Preis und der Lage hat uns überaus positiv überrascht. Es war extrem sauber und sehr geräumig. Alle Gerätschaften waren entweder neu oder sehr gepflegt. Die Lage (15min zu Fuß zum Strand oder in die Stadt) ist ideal. Die beiden Vermieter sind außerordentlich freundlich und auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bedacht. Wir können dieses Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!

Très bonne location

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Il est très propre et fonctionnel, offrant tout le confort nécessaire. La communication avec le propriétaire a été parfaite. Stephane est très réactif et très attentionné avec ses locataires : il prévoit un petit kit de démarrage comprenant une dosette pour faire une lessive, quelques dosettes de café, de thé, une éponge, du produit vaisselle... Ces petites attentions ont vraiment fait la différence. La chambre, située dans un couloir avec une porte fermée, permet d’avoir un espace nuit bien séparé, ce qui est très appréciable. La proximité avec le centre commercial Albufeira Terrace (juste de l’autre côté de la rue) est un atout majeur, car il est parfait pour faire les courses et qu’il est accessible à pied. De plus, nous avons pu utiliser le parking couvert de l’albufeira terrace tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui nous a permis de garer notre voiture de location en toute sécurité. Le seul petit bémol a été le bruit provenant de certains voisins qui ont été bruyants trois nuits sur cinq, perturbant quelque peu notre sommeil. Malgré cela, notre séjour a été globalement très agréable et nous recommandons ce logement.

"L'appartement de Stepf et Flavie est très bien situé à Albufeira, les commerces sont juste à côté de l'hôtel et la vieille ville et la plage sont à 15mn à pied. l'appartement est très agréable, soigneusement décoré et très bien équipé en accessoires de cuisine, salle de bain et vous trouverez également tout l'équipement nécessaire si vous avez des enfants en bas- âge. La piscine de l'hôtel est très appréciable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Patrick et Laurence qui nous ont donné quelques conseils pratiques sur divers lieux de la ville à fréquenter. Je recommande fortement cet appartement."

Excellent apartment in really good place

Our holidays where on August 13 th. - 20. of 2019 We are 100% happy about apartment. First 100% match what we saw before renting. Ocean view from balcony. Very clean and cozy. Fully equip-ted kitchen. Huge supermarket across the street. its about 10 to the Old town and same to the beach. 1 min to the main road , where you can take bus to other cities. Very good and easy communication with owners. You can communicate in English with out any problems. Definitely I would stay at the same apartment and next time.
