Accommodations up to 8 offering 5 total beds (4 bedrooms: 1 full bed, Queen futon and 1 full bath on main level. 1 King, 2 full beds and 1 full bath on second level. Recently freshly painted, refinished floors on main, huge eat in kitchen, fully equipped; formal dining room; family room; screened porch and lots of outdoor living area. Maticuliously maintained home with pride of ownership of 50 years. Featured in the 2019 Highland Museum Christmas Tour of Homes. Renovated exterior includes: newly built large carport, front porch, speak easy solid wood door, vinyl architectural siding, PVC trim, large stamped concrete driveway and parking pad. Real Stone front and stone post accents. We provide one starter roll of toilet paper, trash liner and paper towels. Please bring extra should you need them. For the convenience of our guests, We also offer late checkout/early checkin when available.

My husband and I are semi-retired from working in public services for 30 years. We’ve lived in this area nearly our whole lives….while I lived in Northern Kentucky for 12 years….I visited home as often as my work would allow. Carroll Manor is my home place of 50 years. I worked in Mental Health Counseling and he worked in a local hospital, prison system and first aid sales in Sports Medicine and Administration. We met in prison 20 years ago! lol. We enjoy spending time with our family, great nieces, nephews and 2 fur babies. We strive to provide a nice, clean, affordable and comfortable place for our guests….whether for a couple nights or a couple months.
