This property was perfect for us to stay at for my son’s wedding. The groomsmen had a beautiful setting for photos. My grandchildren enjoyed the playset in the backyard and the toys that were in the house. Kim was an exceptionally responsive host. She answered all my questions professionally and in a kind manner.

Overall very nice after a little hiccup at checkin. One of he cabinets in the kitchen island was broken when we arrived as well. Would stay again!

House is beautiful with such a nice large space. Enough space for various group sizes. Large table was great for our celebration. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Girls weekend

The house was perfect for a relaxed girls weekend! Kim was so great to work with leading up to the trip, pretty much anything you could need is there with lots of space to hang out and relax and a nice big table to family dinner! It’s close to several wineries in the area which was perfect for our plans.

Home away from home!

Our family had a wonderful stay and we had enough room to spread out. The large kitchen table and sectional was so nice for gathering, and the view in the backyard was so pretty. Conveniently located, but felt private. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of supplies was a plus! Just as pictures depicted in listing!

Terrific Place & Great Hosts!

We stayed in this lovely home for 3 days over a wedding weekend with some friends. Everything in the place was clean, well managed, and exactly how they looked on the listing. Kim was an incredible host who gave great instructions for the home, checked in with me, and answer any question I had. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying in this area!

Wonderful Time!

We had a wonderful time getting together with friends and attending a wedding. The house fit perfectly both to accommodate us and to get to the wedding venue. The house was great for all we needed we cooked and the loved the generous dining table! Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Great spot for a wedding long weekend

My family and I really enjoyed Kim’s home for a wedding weekend in the Hudson Valley. The home is very spacious and modern and my kids spent time outside playing in the yard and woods. The bedrooms and sitting area were very comfortable and the kitchen nice and new, well appointed. Kim was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great spot for graduation weekend!

This home slept about 12 people which was perfect for us with 12 in New York for our son's West Point graduation. We gathered there the night of the graduation and used the deck for a barbecue. The deck was perfect for eating and hanging out! The location is very pretty and easy to find with GPS. The house was very clean and rules were easy to follow. We watched a movie one night and found the living room very comfy. We loved our stay at Kim's home!

Great accommodations for our needs

This spacious home was great! We were in town for our son's graduation from West Point, and the home was 35-40 minutes from post. We loved the big dining area, the large deck, the available cookware and spices/oils available in the kitchen, the big gas grill, and all of the beds that this home had to offer. We were able to easily accommodate our large group. Kim was wonderfully responsive, and we really enjoyed how this home was tucked in a wooded setting. It felt private and welcoming.

Wedding stay

This beautiful house is more stunning then the pictures show. The windows let the light pour in. The open concept was perfect for our family to gather for photos prior to my son's wedding. The photographer was thrilled with the amazing lighting. Comfortable beds and couch. Well stocked kitchen. Everything you need is here. I recommend this house. My only recommendation is to cut back the bushes leading up to the house that make it difficult to find.

Family Retreat

We had an amazing week in Kim’s home. Everything was as described. The beds were so comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. My daughters and I were able to cook Christmas dinner together in the beautiful spacious kitchen. This was the best Christmas I think we have ever had The one thing that was hard was the outside lighting. Most of the lights were not working and it was very dark getting from the driveway to the front door. There were a couple of issues but that was housekeeping. They definitely could do better. We aren’t afraid to get our hands dirty so we took care of it. Thank you so much Kim for allowing us to stay in your home, and we would love to do it again

Perfect home for the out of state family to gather for a wedding. Large kitchen and living room to visit. Comfortable beds. Had a wonderful stay and would book again, when back up in NY to visit family. Great communciation with host and easy access for entry. The host was very accomodating and allowed us to check in early.
