This beautiful 5-bedroom villa in Umbertide is surrounded by a large, fenced garden and a beautiful olive orchard. In front of the villa is a large private swimming pool to take a refreshing dive. It makes an ideal stay for a family or a group of 9 persons.
The beautiful town square of Umbertide offers a great view of the city and the green landscape around it. At 3 km, you have the restaurants serving local dishes and at 12 km, you have the supermarkets. Sports lovers can head to the tennis court at 13 km or golf course at 15 km. You can plan a day trip to Trasimeno lake at 20 km and enjoy a boat ride. Another place to see is the city of Gubbio at 40 km, which has medieval allure.
The heated villa has an open well-equipped kitchen and classically styled interior. From the charming terrace, you have a great view of the surrounding region. The barbecue and pizza-oven offer you all you need for a culinary evening. A garage and washing machine are available.

Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in der Villa San Donato, und es war genauso schön wie beim ersten Mal. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und wir haben die liebevollen Details in der Dekoration sehr geschätzt. Es ist ein großartiger Ort für ein Familientreffen oder einen Kurzurlaub mit Freunden. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Es gab reichlich Platz für unsere Gruppe von neun Personen, und wir haben den Außenbereich sehr genossen. Grill und Pizzaofen waren der absolute Hit! Es war auch schön, dass es in der Nähe Restaurants gab. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf hier. De locatie is goed om Umbertide en nabijgelegen steden te verkennen. De villa is goed onderhouden en had alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden, inclusief een functionele keuken voor familiemaaltijden. Het enige nadeel was dat de wifi soms wat wisselvallig kon zijn.

Al met al een prettige ervaring. De villa was schoon en had alles wat we nodig hadden voor ons verblijf. Het was wel wat ver van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden, maar de rustige buurt maakte dat goed. We waardeerden vooral de nabijheid van leuke restaurants zoals La Cantina di Pacella.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in Villa San Donato! De ruimte is superruim, met 5 slaapkamers, wat perfect was voor ons familie-uitje. De keuken was goed uitgerust en we genoten van het buiten grillen. We hadden alleen graag wat sterkere wifi gehad, maar eerlijk gezegd maakte de rustige omgeving dat goed.

La spaziosità della villa era perfetta per il nostro gruppo di nove, e la piscina privata è stata un successo con i bambini, Spesso abbiamo goduto di barbecue nel bellissimo giardino mentre ammiravamo le splendide viste dell'oliveto, La posizione era anche ideale, a pochi minuti in auto da ristoranti locali e dal pittoresco paese di Umbertide, Consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi di rilassarsi in campagna!

Deze praktische en goed uitgeruste villa ligt echt in the middle if nowhere. absolute rust, een fenomenaal uitzicht op de Monte Tetsio en alle faciliteiten maakten onze vakantie helemaal af! op het domein staan 600 olijfbomen en de beheerder is meer dan bereid om olijfolie can deze bomen voor een zacht prijsje aan te bieden.

We zijn hier geweest voor de zestigste verjaardag van mijn moeder. De villa is ideaal voor een vakantie met meerdere personen, maar ook ideaal voor elk weerstype. In de tuin had je heel veel ruimte. De overdekte terrassen lagen aan twee zijden van het huis, dus je vond altijd wel een plekje uit de wind. Heel veel complimenten aan de gastvrouw, die ons overal bij hielp (ze bracht ons zelfs een pastamachine!). De pizza-oven was ook erg leuk om eens uit te proberen. Er liggen geen huizen op gehoorafstand, dus je hoeft je geen zorgen te maken dat je andere mensen stoort. Ook is het zwembad lekker groot. Al met al een heerlijke familievakantie. Hopelijk kunnen we nog een keer terug.

Et dejligt sted at slappe af! Villaen har en rustik charme og er omgivet af natur, Vi nød daglige gåture i olivenhaven og slappede af ved poolen, Værterne var meget imødekommende og fik os til at føle os velkomne

Séjourner à Villa San Donato était un régal, L'intérieur était magnifiquement décoré, et nous avons adoré passer nos soirées sur la terrasse avec du vin et de bonne compagnie, Les attractions à proximité, en particulier Gubbio, ont permis de faire des excursions mémorables

Questa villa è un'atmosfera intera! La piscina privata è perfetta per quelle foto estive su Instagram, La cucina è super ben attrezzata, e le viste dalla terrazza sono fantastiche, A pochi minuti in auto dal Lago Trasimeno per una giornata di relax, Torneremo sicuramente!

La villa estaba limpia y bien equipada, cumpliendo nuestras necesidades para una estancia cómoda, Aunque estaba un poco aislada, apreciamos la tranquilidad que ofrecía, El cercano Lago Trasimeno fue una bonita excursión de un día, y encontramos un par de encantadoras restaurantes no muy lejos, En general, una experiencia agradable con mucho espacio para nuestro grupo
