Sea Gull #504: Beachfront 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom With Spectacular Views and 24 Hour Management

Sea Gull Condominiums unit 504 is a fifth floor remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath beach front vacation rental. There are flat screen tv's in the living room and master bedroom. A king size bed is in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest bedroom. The newly opened kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry, granite counter top and is open to allow views of the Gulf of Mexico while you prepare your favorite meals. The new patio doors open all the way from one side to the other. It has a walk-in showers in both bathrooms and tile flooring throughout. Enjoy views from the private patio as you listen to the sounds from the ocean. A sleeper sofa is available for extra sleeping room. Condo Sleeps 6. (Resort pool is heated Nov, Dec, March and April) Wireless Internet in condo.
*** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.

The Sea Gull property is the best! Very clean, right on the beach, all rooms have gulf view! The office staff is 5 Star! They are courteous and helpful! We have stayed at this property a couple of times, it will be our go-to property when we visit Port Aransas again.

This condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Everything you could possibly need for your vacation is here. The property was very clean and has an amazing view with fabulous deck furniture. We are already planning our next visit.

The ocean view is breathtaking. The condo is beautifully decorated. One quick elevator ride and we were steps away from the ocean. If we went the other direction we were at the pool. Both very convenient to get to. Very kid friendly. Absolutely loved our stay and I can’t say it enough, the view was perfect.

the property was well kept. my only complaint was that I could see a childs fingerprints on the windows and the floors could have been cleaner.( found long black hairs in some areas on the floor)

The view is great. The stove not so good. The dials on the cook top didn't have marks for low, medium, or high. So it was a guessing game to cook. A hugh pain. Most of the under counter kitchen lights are burned out. The fixture in the master bath was missing it's globe. The beds are very comfortable. The living room furniture is uncomfortable and dated. The bar stools are way too high to be able to eat ay the bar. Only very young could eat there, but then danger of falling. Overall good. Place was clean which is very important.
