This is a newly remodeled and furnished apartment. It is equipped for up to 6 people with everything needed to enjoy a beach vacation.
The apartment has 100 square meters, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 bathroom with only a toilet, a living room with flat-screen TV, kitchen and balcony. The ocean is beautiful !!!!
The building is on the beach, from the pool you have direct access to the beach without even having to cross the street.

Wonderful Property

We stayed for a week with our 2 and 5 year old. This was our second year at The Tides and it was another great experience. Once you get used to the check-in process, everything else is great. Highly recommend!

Great clean place.

We stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert and made it a vacation. This place was clean and right on the beach. Great pkace would stay agian.

Mother/ Daughters Trip

A little confusing at arrival with parking & property requirements but once settled we really enjoyed it. It's not a sleepy beach town like we're used to but very nice. Great communication with owner & manager! Thank you for everything!

Great Value!

This is not a luxury building. But the bottom line is that you're getting an ocean side/ocean front 2-bedroom unit for a great price.

Great times were had!

The property is exactly as listed and amenities were average. If you plan to make most meals you may need to buy more kitchen staples but for what we did it was perfect. Relatively clean. It’s out of the way to most things in town, so be prepared to ride share. Uber was $6 to the broadwalk. Perfect for a budget friendly trip. Beds were not the most comfortable, but not the worst I’ve ever seen. Property management was very easy to work with and cordial.

Great Rental and Stay!

Everything aligned with the overview and pictures; view was spectacular! The location is convenient to the beach, shopping, etc. Ana and Sandra made the check in process seamless. Sandra facilitated the check in process and provided a walk through of the building’s key areas and apartment. It was quite helpful! The apartment was clean and well maintained. It came equipped with basic toiletries, linens, kitchen supplies, and beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, beach towels). The beds were quite firm. Overall, we had a great time despite some overhead noise.

Perfect!

Our stay was fabulous! The placement of the condo was spot on! We had an amazing view of the beach and could see the pool and our vehicle as well all from the living room balcony. The beach was literally steps away from the pool. And the beach chairs and umbrella were a big plus! It was just myself and husband celebrating our anniversary but the condo, while a few rooms were a bit dated, had all that we needed. The selection of kitchenware wasn't what we are used to (with a family of 6) but again it was just 2 of us. The condo was close to everything we needed as well. The owner Ana was very responsive to all my questions and Gloria did a great job of meeting us, showing us the resort and condo and checking us in. We'd definitely be back!

Beautiful view

Very spacious. Lots of room in the common areas. You can’t get a better view. The balcony is great and very private. Beach chairs and umbrella rental is included, which is great, however, it is a bit of a trek to get to where they are situated. You have to walk to the next building to get them. Being a senior with problems walking it was a bit difficult. This takes nothing away from the condo itself. We had two small issues but we’re taken care of immediately. Communication with management was quick and pleasant. I would definitely go back. Many restaurants near by and you can even walk to Walmart. Uber service in this area was great too.

Check in was rough. It took at least 20 minutes per person to check in. There wasn't a long line but with just two people in front of me my total wait was nearly an hour. I paid $20 for a parking pass that I was told would be reimbursed at checkout. Also at check in I was told it would be $90 for the bracelets that had to be worn our entire stay. I knew I would have to pay but I was told by the host Ana it would be $60. Ok it is was $30 more, that's not the biggest issue, more of a principal because when I reached out to Ana and the Property Manager Sandra I was and still am ignored regarding the misquote. I was given 3 fobs to get though the locked doors in the building , pool and beach area. In order to get a luggage cart you have to get a key from the front desk and leave your Drivers License as collateral. The carts (3 of them) are outside of check in and are locked with bike chain to the wall. Onto the elevators. There is one service elevator people are to use when hauling luggage or beach items. This by far was the fastest elevator. There were 3 "people only"(pets too probably) elevators. During our stay only one of the "people only" elevators worked the entire time. About 30% of the time 2 of them worked and 0% of the time all of them worked. Next the Room. It was clean and modern, It had everything we needed. All the appliances and kitchenware needed was there. It came with plenty of towels, bedding and pillows, even beach towels. It come with a beach cart, four comfortable beach chairs, and two umbrellas. The beach and ocean view from the room was Phenomenal! Getting to the beach was very easy; trip down the service elevator, out to the pool area and right to the beach. The Pool area was beautiful and well kept. The first 5 days at the beach were great; soft sand and beautiful clear water. Then the Seaweed rolled in the last two days.. No big deal right, its an ocean, there is sea weed, it washes ashore. Well No one combed the beach ever. Seaweed starts to rot and the smell not so pretty. So the last two days we just hung out at the pool. I enjoyed the Hollywood area. Plenty of great restaurants and they have a nice boardwalk with many shops and plenty of entertainment. Time to check out. I went to the front desk with my parking pass to get my $20 deposit, well the check in/out office was closed so no refund. I again contacted my host and property manager and have yet to receive a response. Overall a decent stay, it could've been better

Great Beach, Nice Condo, building Ok

Condo is exactly as pictures show. Views of beach and pool are amazing. Beach access was super convenient and having two chairs & umbrella was awesome. Even though it was busy and peak spring break, it was quiet inside and no loud neighbors could be heard. Building rules, parking and building check in was confusing (we arrived late and couldn't meet with property mgr), key fobs for getting around were problematic and stopped working several times. All in all, I would recommend for the unit and beach.

Great Getaway!

This property was just as pictured on the enterior, very well maintained, cute and clean. The view from the condo was better than expected!

Great Stay!!

My family and I had a great time! The apartment was super clean. There was easy access to the pool and beach (beach chairs and umbrella included). Easy to get ahold of the property manager. We absolutely loved it and are planning on returning in September!

Amazing apartment on the beach!

What a great stay! We had to be out of our house due to construction and stayed in a few apartments during the time, this was by far the best one! Excellent layout, beautiful view, clean, modern (the kitchen is still not updated, but was just fine),. Will definitely be back next time we want a vacation on the beach! BONUS the unit c omes with free beach service! highly recommend this place!.
