The property was basic, the information given for entering the property was incorrect we were given the wrong code to access the keys, we had to contact the property owner to get the correct code which took over 1/2 hr. for him to respond and even then he give us the wrong code it took three emails to eventually get the correct code only to find that the fob that opened the main gate to the property did not work, we had to ask a resident to open the gate so we could get our car on to the property parking area we tried several times to contact the owner but had no response so in desperation we decided to seek alternative accommodation
