Perfect location. If you come by car park at the Palais des papes parking, level P0, and take your luggage out the side passage for parents with strollers rather than up the stairs…much easier on your back. The apartment is perfectly appropriate for two. The fridge was quite ample though, for our stay the freezer wasn’t working. If you have heavy luggage be aware that you have to carry it up about 40 steps…there is no lift. The host was very responsive at all times and very pleasant. The apartment doesn’t exactly have a great view, but it didn’t matter. In less than two minutes you’re in the square of the Palais des papes. We loved it.

Kitchen was fine but can’t cook a meal there. The location is perfect. Very walkable to all sights. Restaurant and wine bar located downstairs from condo is delicious with friendly staff.

Dear Belvilla, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the apartment we are currently staying in. I am honestly very unhappy with the condition of the accommodation. I suffer from severe allergies, and the apartment was extremely dirty upon our arrival. Yesterday, I spent almost two hours cleaning myself just to make it a little more acceptable to stay in. This is absolutely not what we expected. I truly do not understand how this apartment received such high review scores like 10/10, because in our experience it does not reflect reality at all. The level of cleanliness is unacceptable for a rental property. I have attached several photos so you can clearly see the condition of the apartment. Personally, I would never dare to rent out an apartment in such a dirty state. I hope you take this complaint seriously and look into this matter as soon as possible. Kind regards, Lindsey

We loved the atmosphere within the walls and the access to restaurants, tourist attractions and enjoyed heading out each day to go to different places. Staying at the property was very relaxing and quiet at night. We cooked some of our meals and the kitchen is well stocked. The shower was good.

Great Location

The apartment is very centrally located but a little removed from the main streets so it's quite quiet. It is bright and spacious and great for a short stay. There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment so best if you do not have a lot of luggage.

2 night stay

This property suited us well and was close to all the hotspots. It was tricky to navigate all the door locks and a step staircase with no lift. A toaster would have been good to have also. We have no real complaints though and loved Avignon!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment, It was very cozy, aesthetically pleasing, and perfectly situated near the Palace of the Popes, Although the host was a management company, Dominique, the local contact, was incredibly helpful, As a solo female traveler, I felt secure in the building, and the area was well-lit and conveniently connected, which made it easy to avoid walking alone in dimly lit places at night, It was a fantastic value for the price, The only downside is that the bed is a couch, which may not be suitable for those with back problems or who prefer a traditional bed for sleeping
