This beautifully updated, fully air-conditioned 1-bedroom condo offers stunning views of the ocean, West Maui mountains and tropical gardens, and is just steps from the beach and the oceanfront pool. Bright, open, and modern, the space is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and relaxation. The bedroom features a comfy king bed, flat screen TV, plenty of storage, and a cozy sitting nook with amazing views of both the ocean and the mountains.

Start your mornings with coffee on the lanai while listening to the waves—and during whale season (Dec–May), you can even spot whales right from your seat! The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials—plus pantry basics like cooking oil, seasonings, condiments, and more. You'll also have a private washer and dryer with detergent, extra towels, and a Beach chairs, towels, and a cooler—everything you need to head straight to the sand.

Kealia Resort sits beachfront on peaceful Sugar Beach—South Maui’s longest stretch of sand. This is a beautiful condo in a convenient location. The king bed was comfortable, kitchen was well-supplied, and it was so helpful to have a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. I enjoyed reading on the 'couch' on the balcony while watching and listening to the ocean. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here, especially loving sitting on the lanai watching and photographing whales! The view of the mountains, water and beach is breathtaking. Listening to the waves as we fell asleep at night was so peaceful. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped for all our needs, and the washer/ dryer handy. The location on the beach is ideal, and also very convenient to many activities, shopping and restaurants and food trucks. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We’d definitely love to return!

This place is amazing. The balcony has breathtaking views of Ma'alaea Bay and the West Maui Mountains. We visited in February, and we saw whales from the balcony every day! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves.The amenities, too, were even better than we'd been expecting. The kitchen was well-stocked, the powered recliner was really comfy, and there was a binder full of suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. The host is accommodating and friendly and quick to respond to messages.

Excellent view from top floor compact condo that has clothes washer-dryer, very comfortable bed, small kitchen, and new appliances. Relatively secluded and well-maintained quiet grounds. Enjoyed the use of good quality lounge chairs for laying out in sun next to beach. Lovely sandy beach good for swimming but not much to see snorkeling. Spectacular sunsets from lanai, morning coffee and meals on lanai also wonderful.

This property is a great place to watch the whales in the winter, enjoy the magnificent Maui sunsets and go for long beach walks. The large established trees on property provide ample shade or you can enjoy the beach less than 30 feet from the property.
