I rented this for my son and his family of 4 because I couldn’t accommodate my growing family at my house in WD. The unit is small but it met ours need of extra sleeping space. They seemed to like it very much.

Cute, quaint, quiet and close to many destinations!

We loved the location as it was conveniently located to destinations, including Hyannis harbor for whale watching, craigville beach, Nickerson State Park, and the Sandwhich boardwalk!! The cottage was cute, and the little cove is quiet!!

It was great we just didn’t care for the bed in the master bedroom. It was way too soft and we got locked out on the keypad a couple of times but other than that it was good just very small for the money but overall a good time.

This adorable, very clean cottage has everything you need to be comfortable and the location is good for everything in Dennis, Yarmouth, Brewster and Hyannis. We enjoyed our stay. The little beach area on the river was so quiet annd peaceful annd the sunset was pretty to watch. Only 2 minor negatives, the outside picnic table is unusable which was disappointing. The carpet on the porch is stained from the weather which I guess is inevitable, but it is also coming loose outside near the porch door. The kitchen wall air conditioner works really well and cools the whole cottage. We stayed for 2 weeks and the host was always available to answer any questions.

Cozy cottage by the river

Small clean beach cottage on a side street with a view of the river. A great summer getaway and close to restaurants and beaches. The cottage is quaint and welcoming. If any drawback it is that there is not a lot of storage space but overall a wonderful place to get away and relax by the ocean.

Great Place for a week on the Cape

Great place for a week for on the Cape. Screened porch was great. Dock was wonderful. Main bedroom mattress was extremely hard, could use a memory topper or something. But certainly would stay again. Thanks! Really nice place. Perfect for an impromptu week away

Just like home !

So comfy and cozy. Loved the porch and sitting down the street watching the river activities. This cottage was easy to find and is centrally located on the cape so we gallivanted all over finding treasures and exploring the beaches. We’ll be back !
