Like new Santa Fe Contemporary.

Welcome to the Turtle Inn. The Arizona High Desert in the foothills of the Whetstone Mountains is at an elevation of four thousand five hundred feet. So when it's one hundred degrees in Tucson and one hundred ten degrees in Phoenix the temperature at the Turtle Inn is much cooler.

Two BR, Two Bath, Office, Great Room with Fireplace on 4.56 acres. Spectacular vistas, Stunning sunsets, and Mountain views everywhere you look!

Owner has a trailer in the back and can, at your discretion, remain on site to manage and help with breakfast supplies. Otherwise there will be frozen and prepackaged continental breakfast supplies. Coffee and coffee pot in the kitchen.

Fresh breakfast for your party can be prepared for additional fee if manager remains on-site.

Linens can be laundered if manager remains on-site.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This is a very comfortable and lovey house. The location was convenient for all of the activities we did while in Arizona. Terrance was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Cancelled due to COVID-19

Sadly, we were unable to stay at Terrance's property due to the ongoing crisis. Terrance was gracious in communicating with us and in making the wise decision that making this trip was not in anyone's interest. We were thinking the same, so if circumstances are more favorable in the future, we will certainly book with Terrance again!

Amazing Stay!

This house was amazing and perfect for our short stay in southern Arizona! Terrance was a great host and took care of everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the place was cozy. We would definitely stay here again!

Hidden Gem in the Desert

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Terrance had the porch light on for us and the fireplace was aglow which was a great way to feel welcomed. The attention to little details in the Vrbo, such as a throw blanket on the sofa, lotion, hand soap, and shampoos in the bathrooms, were very thoughtful. The owner went out of his way to explain to us how to use certain features in this beautiful house and he was very kind. We highly recommend staying here whenever you’re in the area.

I built this home with a focus on the Santa Fe Style Architecture. . This one of a kind custom built home has current technology throughout the interior and has great curb appeal from the street.

I graduated from Cochise College and I am the on site manager.

Great for touring the towns of Sierra Vista, Benson, Tombstone, Bisbee, Sonoita, and Patagonia.

Close to Kartchner Caverns and Fort Huachuca. Just a short drive to the Tubac Art Festival and Tucson Gem and Mineral Show.

Wine tasting in Elgin and Sonoita are favorites as well.

What makes this property unique

Just minutes to Tucson International and the Tubac Art Festival. The Tucson Gem & Mineral Show is a big hit too.
