Had significant issues w the TVs, signs everywhere that not leaving the controllers would result in a large fine however there were no controllers left for us and 3 of the 4 TVs were not connected to service. Also the WiFi password never worked for us so that crippled my ability to work while there. It was in the parade route which was attractive. Pools were great and clean.

Great location, had a pool and two beach chairs. There is a lifeguard at the beach. All appliances worked great. Plenty of dishes, silverware etc. Plenty of parking. I would definitely consider staying here again !

We had an absolutely wonderful week at Summerwinds. The property was beautiful, well kept, and safe. The view of the ocean was breathtaking and the pools were great fun for the kids! The location was perfect and allowed us to walk to various restaurants and the pier. We’ve been staying in Navarre for 7 years, but this was our first at Summerwinds resort. We loved it so much and can’t wait to go back!

My family and I stayed in this condo at me had a wonderful time. The owner was awesome and the listing was as posted. The nice thing about Navarre Beach is the location. Crystal clear water with white sandy beaches.
