Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed the great location and found the room to be a positive part of your stay. We appreciate you noting the issue with the door access code. Upon review we do not show the issue was reported to our 24/7 Guest Services Team during your stay, who would have promptly notified our local Operations Team for prompt resolution. We understand how inconvenient this experience can be. Nevertheless, your feedback has been shared with our Operations Team for review and resolution. Your feedback is invaluable as this helps to enhance the guest experience and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. Your Southern Team

Hello Wendy, Thank you for your review. We are glad you got to enjoy your vacation despite some inconveniences. We do apologize for anything being dusty. That is not up to our standard. We do wish you had reported this while in-house so we could check on the cleaning and has housekeeping come back out to address these concerns. We will pass along the feedback regarding the furnishings to our management staff and owners for review. We do hope we can host you again on your next visit to the Gulf Coast. We would love the opportunity to show you a 5-star stay. Kindest Regards, Your Southern Team

Thank you for your review and feedback. We do greatly apologize for the situation you experienced during your stay with us. Firstly, we do contract out our housekeeping needs to various local companies in the area. It is important guests let us know if anything seems amiss so we can address the responsible party immediately and get any situation rectified as soon as possible. We do provide a high level of cleaning/sanitizing in each of our properties and we take cleanliness claims very seriously. We will be replacing the patio set and getting some tiles replaced. The mattresses have passed all of our quality control inspections, and will likely not be replaced this year. We do indeed have fitting sheets as well as mattress covers for all beds. If either were missing, we apologize for missing the mark. We would have rectified this immediately had we of known. There is no mildew on the walls but there was slight discoloration of the shower curtain so it has been replaced. Additionally, the washer and dryer are in working condition. We would be happy to have you back again in the future in hopes of an improved experience. Kindest Regards, Your Southern Team
