Completely renovated and new, the old stone house of Bormes is made up of 2 buildings separated by a small patio:
- the first part (90 m2) houses a living room with large glass doors leading to a summer lounge and an outdoor table facing the sea, an open kitchen, 3 pretty sea-view rooms opening onto the terrace (1 bed 180 + 2 bunk beds + 1 bed 160), 2 WCs and a bathroom. Air conditioning possible.
- a completely redone annex (35 m2) houses 2 bedrooms (1 bed 180 separable into 2 single beds + 3 single beds), WC and a shower room with a laundry area (washing machine and dryer).

A pretty stone terrace around the house offers several exhibitions and encourages relaxation as the boats come and go in the bay. An outdoor shower is available for beach returns. There is also a trampoline, table tennis table, garden furniture and a built-in barbecue.
