ACCESS:
Guests can access the entire house, front and back yards, and riverside seating area It is 100% private for guests...no common areas. We will meet you for check-in and orientation (self-check in can be arranged for very late arrivals). The housekeeper (Ms Van), typically arrives in the morning to water the outside garden but will not enter the house without your pre-agreement and knowledge. Twice a week housekeeping is included, and we will consult with you on the most convenient times to clean the house (usually in afternoon, but depends on guest) and/or clothes washing arrangements.

We are ALWAYS available and happy to share with you our tips, suggestions and information, including on the latest Hoi An happenings, trusted tourism operators and recommended restaurants and bars based on your interests.

GETTING AROUND:
Taxis and Grab (app) can fully access Casa Rio, and the hosts will provide all required information and app details etc. in the GuestBook/House Manual. We can help you organize bicycle or motorbike (scooter) rentals to help get around and explore Hoi An...with the beach only 1 km away and Old Town just 3.5 km (around 10-15 minutes on bicycle...with many sites and stops along the way).
