Villa bungalow, typical Alentejo, but with all the comforts of a modern home, where in winter you can enjoy a romantic environment of the fireplace and in summer a great sun exposure in a pool where privacy is unique. The house consists of a kitchen 25m2 fully equipped (maq. Dishwasher, Laundry. Coffee, electric coffee maker, microwave, toaster. Juicer, ceramic hob,) A 42m2 room (lcd tv, dvd, stereo, wirless net ), barbecue 15m2 room (LCD TV), 1 suite 18m2, bedroom 14m2, bedroom 11m2, 1 bathroom 5m2, pool 7x4 and parquamento.

Excellent sun exposure, part of the very private pool and location very quiet and peaceful.
