This beautiful, new modern house 150m from the port and the beach of Ca'n Picafort offers the amenities to make your stay unforgettable! It is very bright and spacious and also has central heating for the winter months!
This house of 160m2 is perfect for couples or couples with children. Two rooms have double beds and two bathrooms (one en suite) with bath and toilet. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. We have cot, high chair, changing table and everything it takes to the little ones. There are two terraces, on the top floor, one overlooking the forest and other von sea views. A terrace with sun in the morning and sunny afternoon, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets!
The house has a terrace on the ground floor with a large table, chairs, barbecue, and a small garden with deckchairs etc. where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and sunbathing. The living room has a comfortable sofa where you can relax, surf the Internet (WIFI), watch TV, read a book or take a nap. The dining room has a table and chairs for 6 people to enjoy dinner with friends and family. Furthermore, the kitchen has everything you might need during your stay: microwave, kettle, cutlery, electric cooker, fridge freezer and more oven. Of course, the house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. It is a house with a private garage, fully equipped to feel at home!

The location of the house is absolutely perfect, a bit off the tourist mass, it is about 150m to the beach and the port of Can Picafort, Restaurants and bars, pharmacies, shops, supermarkets, bus stops and more close. The beach is just meters away, and is perfect for children because of its shallow waters and gentle waves.

In Can Picafort you'll find all kinds of restaurants: fresh fish and meat, pizza, tapas and traditional Majorcan food. If you want a snack, you will find bars and ice cream on the boardwalk! The 2 main supermarkets are on the main road, where you will find gas stations.
Near Can Picafort there are other beaches that are worth visiting: Playa de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Puerto Alcudia or Pollença.
