Had a wonderful time and loved the house. Have stayed in nicer places but not as functional as this house. Large bedrooms with large bunk beds. Balconies and overlooking the pool is great! Close to beach!!Need to update photo to show new construction across the street taking away much of ocean view.We look forward to staying here again!!!Give it a shot and enjoy!!

Perfect location for our family to enjoy the beach and private pool. Facilities were neat, clean and designed with an easy flow of usage. Parking was great, kitchen was well stocked but needed cleaning before usage.

Another great trip to Sea Urchins South

Everything was very clean and smelled clean as well. We really didn't have any problems. If I could just mention an observation for our family. I'm a Grandmother to three beautiful grown granddaughters. Whom I enjoy cooking for and they seem to look forward to me doing that at the beach. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, and skillets. We are already booked for at Sea Urchin South. We look forward to next year.

Family Vacation

Perfect house for a family of 14 with 6 small children. Proximity of ocean was great and it was awesome to have a pool right there. Enjoyed it so much we are coming back next year.

Amazing location! Very clean.

Amazing location! The house was exactly as described and very clean. being across the street from the beach entry was so nice! Richard was helpful and responsive and we hope to book again next summer!

Perfect for our group

5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a giant living/gathering area (both inside and out), a short crosswalk to the beach and a private full-sized pool = a week full of giggles, laughter and family fun!

Family Trip

Family trip for my mother-in law’s birthday! We loved the place and location was great! The kids loved the pool. Right across the street from the beach and walkway! Would definitely rent this place again! Hope to go back soon!
