Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Casa al Mare is a beautiful new construction home with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This multi-level home features a private pool that can be heated during cooler months, comfortably sleeps 14 people, and is pet-friendly! The sparkling Gulf waters and sandy beaches are just a short walk away as well as great restaurants and shops.

About Casa al Mare

Completed in the Spring of 2024, Casa al Mare is amazing from top to bottom. Minutes from the “T” in Gulf Shores, you are close to restaurants, shopping, and easy beach access. This multi-level home is sure to be a family favorite, even Fiddo will want to come back! You will notice all of the attention to detail as soon as you pull into the large concrete driveway with covered parking under the home. Your attention will be drawn to the large pool, a pool deck that is gated and secure, beautiful landscaping, an outdoor shower, and the provided charcoal and propane grills.

Inside the home is just as spectacular! The main level features open-concept living at its best with beautiful coastal décor throughout the entire home. The chef’s kitchen has everything needed to prepare delicious meals and the large dining table is the perfect place to enjoy them! The comfortable living room with a large TV is a great place to relax after a day at the beach and there is a shared full bathroom for all guests. Also on this level are two of the home's six bedrooms. All six bedrooms feature ceiling fans and televisions. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are both equipped with king-size beds and have access to the balcony.

Upstairs on the 2nd level, guests will find 4 more bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Bedroom 3 features a queen-size bed and has balcony access. The Master (bedroom 4) will sleep 2 guests in a king-size bed, balcony access, and the private bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 comes with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 6 (bunk room) will sleep 4 guests in twin-size bunks and will share the hall bathroom with bedroom 3.

We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
