Tranquil Ranch w SPA and POOL - option to heat pool - on Cibolo Creek, sleeps 9

42 acres of property that horseshoes the Cibolo Creek. Dark skies, solitude and relaxation on this quite ranch awaits you. The house is approximately a 30 minutes drive to San Antonio or New Braunfels.

House sleeps 9 comfortably and has many outdoor amenities including: pool, hot tub, bird watching, fire pit, outdoor dining area, hiking and picnics creek side.

Enjoy our beautiful pool year-round with optional heating available for your entire stay at a rate of $150 per day. Please note that pool heating is only available for the full duration of your booking and cannot be selected for individual days. If you’d like to add this amenity, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance of your stay so we can ensure the pool is perfectly warmed for your arrival.

Property is currently pursuing Wildlife managed land. With this said we do not currently allow hunting or large venues. Fishing is welcomed and there are some great areas.

No smoking inside house. Please put all cigarette butts in the provided outdoor ashtrays.

There is a gas and charcoal grill with grill accessories on site for your use.

Covered parking, (2) refrigerators, onsite laundry, ice maker all on site.

DVD player in living room and master bedroom with loads of movies!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all used towel and bedding on the floor in laundry room or the bedrooms, no need to start the laundry.
Please turn HVAC to 80 degree during summer and 65 degrees during winter prior to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Firearms or Fireworks allowed
No loud music after hours
We allow personal recreation vehicles with prior owner approval and signed waiver

Rural, secluded and peaceful

Imagine yourself on a secluded ranch, where the only noise you hear is the songs of birds and the wind rustling through the trees. Each day we found a new adventure nearby in San Antonio and when we arrived back, dusty and tired, the pool offered the perfect reward for a day well spent.

Quiet and relaxing location

This is our second time to stay at the ranch on Cibolo Creek. It is a perfect spot to relax and unwind from the bustle of life. The heated pool is a big draw for us as well as the hiking trail along the creek where you can see nesting blue herons! The house is always clean, maintained and stocked with movies to watch at night. Amber is very attentive to your needs should you have any.

Great Views!

From the time at the pool to the walking along Cibolo Creek and visiting the acreage at the property, it's quite a location to visit and we enjoyed our time out there. We hope to make it back again sometime!

A very nice place to stay. We really enjoyed the pool. There was a good selection of tools in the kitchen to cook with, and the grill worked beautifully, easy to light. Everything was comfortable and it worked well for our family.

Great pool!

We enjoyed our stay! House was nice, pool was great! Location is quiet with a fantastic view of the property. Hot tub appeared to be older, control panel wasn't readable, and most of the jets wouldn't come on, but we enjoyed soaking in it a bit anyway.
