Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, easy to access and nice and quiet. The apartment did get a bit stuffy as the vents were covered so there was no air flow and gave the apartment a musty smell. A couple of hooks in the bathroom would also be beneficial for more spots to hang towels.

Perfect stay for us as a couple. We had a wedding at arrowhead so the location was super convenient & also close to some hiking. Has everything you need.

Perfect Spot

Stayed here for a quick trip to see a concert at Red Rocks. Location was great, check-in was quick and easy, and we had a comfortable stay

The property is clean. It is down a flight of stairs on the side of the host’s home. They left water bottles and Dr. Pepper in the fridge for us. As well as a filtered water pitcher. It met our needs while we were in town. The only issue was the AC wasn’t working properly. The lowest we got it was 75. We had it set on 70. We had two fans going. Several nights we opened the windows because the nighttime air was cooler than inside. But it was a very hot week.

Perfect place to stage a fishing visit to Eagle Nest. Very spacious and comfortable.

Bryan's property was a good landing spot during our search for temporary housing in the area. Location is great, place is equipped with all the basics, and Bryan is a professional host.

Very nice hosts

This place is very cute and nestled in a quieter area outside of Denver and Boulder. The hosts were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. The bathroom was also very well stocked and lots of linen in case you need to set up the sofa bed.

Perfect place to stay for a wedding at the Roxborough Golf Course and hiking at the state park. Safe neighborhood and quiet area.The only things missing at the time of our stay- need more hooks to hang things in the bathroom, a sturdier coffee table, and more furniture in the bedroom to put suitcases/clothes on, plus another side table.Otherwise, we would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect getaway!

This basement apartment was clean, simple yet elegant, and had everything that would be deemed a necessity plus some. I would highly recommend this for a weekend stay. It reminded me of a European stay we had many years ago.

Very clean and cute. Wasn’t aware that the host stayed upstairs the whole time but wasn’t ever a problem, you could only hear them occasionally walking around in the morning.

Second visit to area and to this VRBO. Just a great as first time. Small apartment with just essentials but clean, quiet with discreet private entrance and easy parking. Perfect for exploring area and having a nice shower and comfortable bed to return home to. Thank you!

Nice place to refresh.

Clean quiet place with plenty of space for my husband and myself to refresh between outings. We loved hiking at Roxborough Park, and took in a couple of concerts @ Red Rocks. This was a great choice for us, and we will likely stay again.

Escape to Roxborough

Excellent location, close to State Park and amenities. Close to Littleton, Columbine, etc. Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, very good accommodations, with the necessities for a short stay. Thank you!

Easy Peasy

Great location — nothing beats sunsets and sunrises looking at red rock. Place was cleaned whenever I asked for it. Anything that was needed from the owner was quickly handled. Would definitely stay there again.

Littleton stay

The VRBO was just right. Everything we needed was supplied. The kitchenette was perfect. We had coffee and breakfast at the property each morning. The nearby Safeway supplied us with our breakfast items. And the shower was very nice, too. Check in and out was easy. We will stay here again if we have the chance.
