2. This unit provides 2 parking spaces in a shared parking lot. All parked vehicles must display 1 of the 2 parking passes provided. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
​​​​​​​3. The walk from the parking lot to the condo is approximately 100 yards. During the winter months, the path is cleared by the HOA.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
5. There is no BBQ at this unit.
